Yuki and link had finally crossed the bridge when they heard someone yelling for them to stop. "Hey! Up here!" Yuki looked up just as the person jumped down. She stepped back and Link moved in front of her ready to draw his weapon if needed. "Are you two by any chance hylian?" Yuki nodded and Link said nothing. "You are! What are your names?" "I'm Yuki. And the one glaring at you is Link." Sidon blinked "I'm prince Sidon of the Zora's. And we need help from the Hylians. However, you two sound very familiar. I just can't remember where I've heard those names before." He tapped his chin "anyway, will you two travel to Zora's Domain and help us?" "Of course." Sidon sighed relieved and then smiled. "Since it's always raining, the hills are to slippery for anyone to try climbing. You'll have to take the trail, but be careful of monsters and thunder." And with that he jumped into the water and swam away.
Link looked at Yuki and took a firm hold of her hand "stay close." She nodded as the two started heading towards the domain. Climbing up the one path link steadied Yuki as she climbed up and reached down to pull him up with her. Giving her a soft smile he gently took her hand. Occasionally Yuki would gather some mushrooms and put them in her bag. Watching as she moved he made sure there were no monsters when Yuki suddenly stopped and notched an arrow "Yuki? What's wrong?" "Shhh" She steadied her aim and released the arrow watching it fly into the head of a lizalfo and watched as it turned to smoke. Repeating the action five more times she had cleared out the area. "That, was absolutely impressive." Yuki shrugged as she walked ahead gathering her arrows and stopped when she saw some that looked as if they had lightning crackling around them. Deciding to pick them up she wrapped them in one of her spare shirts and handed them to Link. "I feel like you should hold onto these." He nodded and put them in his bag as they continued.
They had to clean out a few more area's before stopping to catch their breath under one of the overhead cliffs. Link was looking at Yuki who was trembling a bit. "Are you cold?" "Sort of." He frowned, he had no real way to warm her. They were both soaked to the bone and any other clothes they had were bound to meet the same fate. Yuki removed her hood as she attempted to dry at least her face. He chuckled "seems like that's not helping." She glared at him "no shit?" He laughed as he brushed a stray piece of hair out of her face. "Calm down Yuki, no reason to be snappy." She huffed "right because I'm sooo snappy." He chuckled "shush." "Don't you shush me." "I'll shush you." She raised an eyebrow "right, anyway, we should start heading out, I am not sleeping in this rain." Link nodded, he also didn't wanna sleep in the rain.
They finally made it to what they hoped was the last bridge as link urged Yuki to check the map. She and sighed relieved "this is the last stretch link." He grinned "about time." She laughed at this handing him the slate. "Hey! Link, Yuki down here!" They looked down to see Sidon waving at them. "You guys did great to make it this far. You're almost At the domain!" Yuki looked at link before something caught her attention from the corner of her eye. "Behind you!" Yuki turned just in time to see a Moblin running right for them. Drawing her sword she just barely managed to deflect its spear. "Yuki!" Link drew his own weapon and Yuki shook her head no. "Get out of here. Run ahead, I'll catch up." Link shook his head "not happening. I'm not leaving you behind." for some reason the thought of leaving her behind scared him, like he had done that before and something awful had happened.
"Link! Trust me okay?" "I trust you, but you better trust me as well. I'm not leaving you." She knocked the monster backwards and it dropped its spear. "Link." She sighed he was being so stubborn just as the monster went to reclaim its spear did she run, it was risky doing this considering all of the rain but she ran anyway. Knocking the Moblin over the bridge. She slid as she tried to stop and slid off the side of the bridge. Links eyes widened and without thinking he grabbed her hand catching her before she fell to far down. "Link." "Aren't you glad I didn't leave?" She nodded "Yeah for once I'm glad you didn't listen." He slowly pulled her up and held her against him. "What the hell possessed you to even do that?" "I wasn't risking that thing getting a weapon again. And my bow is really damaged." He nodded, it would have probably broke the second she drew it. Carefully helping her to her feet did they finally cross the bridge. It wasn't long until the pair had finally made it to the Domain.
Walking in they were told to avoid the elders as they would most likely become hostile towards the both of them. Link frowned and Yuki said nothing. What could of happened to make a peaceful race so Hostile? As they traveled up to the throne room Yuki could feel the glares and occasionally heard them mumbling about how Hylians shouldn't be trusted. How it was their fault that Lady Mipha had died. But who was Mipha. Upon making it to the throne room did they see Sidon. "Father these are the Hylians I was telling you about." The elder Zora looked at them and his jaw dropped. "I do not believe. Is it really you Link and Yuki?" The two blinked did they know this person.
"Sidon, these two are the same Link and Yuki from over 100 years ago." Sidon's eyes widened. "No way, I knew your names were familiar but I didn't think it was you two. You two sure don't look like you've changed." Link explained what had happened to them and how they had slept for over 100 years. The Zora king nodded "I see, so that's also why you do not have the sword that seals darkness." Link shrugged "probably." However he had no idea what that sword was. "Anyway, will you two please aid us?" "Your majesty! Sure you can not mean to ask for help from these Hylians? Have you not forgotten that because of them and their failed attempt that lady Mipha is dead?!" "Muzu that is enough. Link take this. Mipha made this but I hope it can be Of use for you."
Link took the Zora armor and muzu stormed off "I'm sorry I don't know who Mipha is." The king sighed "I guess I can't be mad at that. You woke with no memory. Yet here you still stand to help us against Vah Ruta." "Of course we'll help, not just because you've asked, or because the princess wants us to. But because if we don't so many lives will be lost." The king smiled at Yuki. "Still as loving for other people as always." Yuki blinked a bit surprised. "You've always loved more then I think someone should have, you were always there for Mipha as well. You have a pure heart Yuki, and it brought great sadness when we heard the two of you had fallen in the final battle."
Links eyes widened as a part of a memory tried to resurface but quickly vanished. He looked at Yuki shocked, she was in that battle? She had fallen? He shook his head, of course she was. She didn't seem like the type to stay at home. She was the type to jump to someone's aid, it would also probably explain the one scar he had seen. The scar on the side of her hip. The one on her stomach was old, yet still easily seen. He mumbled to himself that one day they would remember what caused those scars. Yuki nudged him. "We should go to Muzu and see what he knows." Nodding he put on the armor and Yuki looked away but not before she noticed several of his scars, they were all from that battle, yet some were faded meaning he had them before the battle.
"I'm sorry we don't have something for you Yuki." She laughed "no worries, I have another outfit I can wear." The Zora king smiled and watched the pair leave. Yuki only stopped at the inn and wanted to pay but the pair obviously knew them and said not to worry about paying. Quickly she stepped into a room  and stripped out of her wet clothes and put on her dry ones. Once she finished she hung the wet ones near a fire that was still lit and went to find link.
