THIS CHAPTER IS KIND OF SCARY!! Idk, I sometimes forget this book is a creepypasta story Lolol it could be a book all by itself in all honesty XD but it's not, it's Liu's and your child's adventure.

Levi and Drew descended the stairs together as Drew gripped his hand in fear. She was nervous as she had every right to be. He gave her a small smile while squeezing her hand gently in a comforting way.

The lights were off as the movie was playing the previews, no one really bothered to look at them as they walked down the steps. Though, one pair of eyes shot them a glare as the two kids sat with Landon and his group.

Levi gave Drew a side glance as she leaned back using the boys as her walls to block out the wondering eyes, she didn't want people to look at her.

Levi put his toothbrush in his bag then scooted closer towards her as the movie started to play.

Throughout the movie the kids all started to fall asleep as Drew was already passed out, her head was on Levi's shoulder as he smiled towards himself. He was delighted yet nervous as he subconsciously lifted his arm and placed it around her body pulling her close.

He let his eyes drift into sleep as the movie was nearing the end.

By the end, everyone was fast asleep; that's what it seems.

In the middle of the night Drew opened her eyes as she yanked softly, she didn't know why but her mind awoke from her peaceful slumber.

She sat up but stopped as she felt a hand around her waist, she looked down despite the limit of light, and noticed Levi's hand around her waist. She felt her face heat up as she gently moved it away so she could get up.

She stood up and looked around the room and noticed the kids fast asleep as she turned to head upstairs. Since they were at the basement she would have to climb two sets of stairs. She ascended the first steps, she was about to ascend the second steps but felt her throat was parched.

It wasn't uncommon for her to get a glass of water during the night so she walked into the kitchen, getting a small glass of water and gulping it down. She sat the cup in the sink as she passed by the back door patio that lead to the balcony which had wooden stairs attached to it. Something in her backyard had managed to catch her eyes through the blinds. She moved the blinds slightly over to get a better look but gasped.

There, in her backyard, was a shadow of a figure standing by her pool. It's body was looking at the basements door that connected to the outside. She's lucky it wasn't looking at her door nor was the figure by the steps. She watched as the figure stalked towards the basement door, putting their hand upon it. She heard them jiggle it as the rattling sound could be heard from the basement.

She quickly backed away to tell her mother but bumped into someone's chest. She jumped and opened her mouth to scream only for a hand to cover her mouth, muffling her screams. She turned her head to get a good look at the person only to find Levi's concerned face, he lifted his other hand, extending his finger towards his mouth and made a small 'shh' sound; signaling her to be quiet.

She nodded her head as he let go of her mouth, she put one of her hands over her beating heart as Levi calmly walked towards the blinds and pushed them to the side gently to get a good look at the person.

Levi noticed the person had walked over to the pool to maybe hid or find something.

Drew walked over towards Levi as they both looked out the window towards the intruder. After a minute or so of looking the intruder snapped their heads towards Drew and Levi as Drew stumbled back in shock.

Levi, though, held the intruders gaze as they seemed to be in some sort of trance. Drew, on the other hand, was petrified. She couldn't move, speak, or even breath. Okay she could breath but she was still scared.

After a while of Levi looking at the mystery person the mystery person started to walk quickly towards the wooden steps leading to Levi's and Drew's door where they were looking out of.

Levi pushed away from the glass doors as the blinds rattled a bit from him leaving them. He took ahold of Drew's hand and quickly ran, not making much sound, behind the couch in the living room. The living room had two couches and a tv, it also had a big window with curtains since it was the entrance if the house. The front door was next to them as they hid behind the couch, though, behind the couch was the window to the front yard but that didn't really cross their minds since the intruder was in the backyard.

Drew and Levi sat behind the couch as they heard someone trying to slide open the glass door but to no avail, they then heard tapping coming from it. Drew started to shake in fear as some tears pricked her eyes. Levi glanced at her and saw the uneasiness in her face as he then gave her a small hug.

She gladly accepted it as she clung to him like her life depended on it. For Levi, strange intruders has started to become a norm for him. He managed to control his fear as it became more and more common in his life.

Drew started to shake as the tapping kept going, Levi patted her head while trying to comfort her silently.

As drew buried her face into his chest Levi peeked from the couch towards the blinds to see if he could see something, anything.

He couldn't see anything as he slouched back hugging Drew's petrified body.

"It's okay" he whispered into her ear as she cried silently, "they're gone."

He felt her loosen up a bit as he sighed a little looking around the room.

That was a mistake.

As he looked around the room, he looked out the front of the window, which was right in front of them, and came face to face with the intruder.
