Drew knocked on the door, she heard a faint 'come in' as she grasped the handle and opened the door. The room was dark, except for the light coming through the window. However, what struck her was the fact that on the walls were various of pictures and newspaper clippings with red string attaching to different points. She walked in, her eyes glued to the walls.

"What is all this?" She asked herself until Landon came into view. He smiled tiredly down towards Drew, his eyes looked tired from the lack of sleep.

"Did you do all this?" Drew asked and which he nodded as he went to his desk. He had his laptop open, looking at different websites. Drew walked up to the wall and noticed a particular picture. It was of her, but when she was younger- at her sleepover for her birthday. It was her in the yard being held by the intruders and Levi running out of the house with a Link boy beside him.

How did he get that picture?

She looked over at the other pictures as the red strings were pinned at different places.

"Hey Landon" Drew mumbled, "why do you have all this up?"

Landon paused on what he was doing as he got up from his chair. He walked over towards Drew before explaining everything.

"When Levi and I were young, there was a lot of unexplained things occurring. Levi's not a regular kid, he's not like the rest of us. His parents were different- well one of his birth parents is anyways. Levi has bad people after him because of who his birth parents are, ever since we were little.

You already met his birth father years back, he goes by the name of homicidal Liu. He is a creepypasta and before you ask about creepypasta let me explain that. Creepypasta is fictional stories that are meant to scare kids however, as much as we like to believe that they're fake they are,  infact, real. Of course not all of them" Landon pointed to the picture that Drew was asking about earlier.

"I took this photo when I noticed you and Levi were missing, I snuck out from downstairs and followed you guys into the woods that night- I took more pictures of the events and people" Drew nodded slowly in understanding. Landon went back to his desk and began to do some more research as Drew sat on the edge of the bed and thought back to her sleepover.

After some minutes to collect herself, she asked her question. "Were you the one in the blanket that night? The one that saved Levi and I?" Landon gave her a glance before shrugging, "yes, but that shouldn't matter now. Levi's my bestfriend and he obviously was in love with you back then. I had to help you guys some how" he mumbled as Drew thought about some other occurrences.

"Is that why at a young age you took up martial arts? Is it because you knew these things were happening?"
"I knew what I was getting into, I knew these people would come for Levi ever since I stumbled upon Creepypasta- yeah, I started to do martial arts to help protect me and my friends"
"You know it's dangerous, so why do this?" This was the million dollar question. Something that got Landon thinking even though he thought about it all the time.

Why would he do this? Why continue?

The answer was simple, yet so complex.

He turned towards Drew, their eyes glued to one another.

"Levi made me a promise when we were little- a promise I will never forget as long as I live" he paused, the emotions getting to him a bit.

"He promised to protect me, to make sure I never die by the hands of those monsters. We were only kids when he made that promise but he's kept his word. I feel like I have to do the same" he turned back around, not before noticing the phone in Drew's hand. Drew noticed his stare upon the phone and she realized why she got the phone and came here.

"Oh, I wanted to talk to you. Levi told me in his phone he has a contact with someone important. I think his name is Ben? Levi never really talked about it a lot" she mumbled the last part as Landon's eyes began to widen just a tad bit.

"May I see the phone for a second?" He asked as he stretched out his hand which she gladly handed over. He stared at the lock screen before looking up at Drew.

"Do you know the password?" He asked, "it's my birthday" Drew replied as he typed it in. The phone opened and he smiled a bit.

"Cute" with that, he looked into the contacts and found Ben's number. He quickly dialed the number as the phone began to ring- turning the phone on speaker so Drew and Landon can both hear the conversation.

After a few rings a voice was heard on the other side- it was a bit glitchy but it was unexplainable noticeable.

"Hey Ben" Landon started, "I need your help."

Levi laid on the stone cold floor behind the rustled bars of his holding cell. The chains against the wall were shackled to his ankles and wrists. His green bruised eyes were dull as he was exhausted from the day.

"Get up" a voice demanded as Levi carelessly looked over, his body ached as he sat up against the wall- chains rattling from his movement.

"Food" the voice mumbled behind their mask as the door opened and a tray of food slide across the floor towards Levi's bare feet.

"Eat" with that said, the door swung shut and their footsteps started to disappear as Levi looked down towards the food laid in front of him.

Some bread, grapes, and what looks like to be some slices of meat? He sighed as he picked up his water bottle beside him and started to take in some gulps of water before attempting to eat the food he was given.

This is hell.
