The school day went by fast as Levi and Landon were already heading home.

"Damn, high school is actually a lot of fun" Landon laughed as Levi couldn't help but crack a smile.

"In a way, I suppose, then again it's only been the first day" Levi countered back as Landon shook his head while smiling. The boys started to talk about other things. Soon they departed like normal as Landon had practice to go to.

Landon did martial arts, something he has been doing since they were little. Levi never knew that which made him think, what else does he not know of Landon? He seems to be like an open book, goofy, outgoing, talkative yet, he was so mysterious. At one glance you could say you knew everything about the kid, one conversation he could spill everything yet, he doesn't. It only seems like he does, it's weird, but intriguing at the same time. Levi brushed it off as he entered his house.

Elliot did the same thing, ran/ walked towards Levi as Levi discarded his bag by the door to pick up his younger brother.

"I missed you Eli" Levi laughed as he spun the boy around, his brown hair spinning in the air.

"I miss chu too" Eli got out as he giggled.

Levi gave his brother a kiss on the cheek as he sat the boy down. He then grabbed his bag and made his way up the stairs, not before glancing at Eli who was distracted by their kitten that they had got not too long ago. He was an orange tabby named Miles. Such a cute cat he is.

'This is a family, a perfect family' Levi thought to himself 'no one is ever going to change it' as he made his way up the stairs.

If only he knew what's was up ahead. Oh how wrong he would be.

Days seemed to morph into months, as the months seemed to slowly roll into years. Before the kids knew it, it was already senior year.

"Maaaaaan, did you do the homework for math?" Landon asked as Levi snorted, "long time ago idiot" the boy broke into laughter as Peter handed his paper to Landon.

"Use this, it's already done" Landon happily took it as Aidan left to get some food, Drew was busy reading the book 'Heartless' by Levi as Lotus, Drew's close friend from school, sat beside Drew doing some homework. Abriel, another close friend of Drew's, went with Adrian to get some snacks.

Lotus was a tall girl, dark skinned with beautiful brown eyes that you could easily get lost in. She was smart, lazy, but smart. She never had a problem speaking her mind.

Abriel was short, about 5'1. She was Hispanic with short brown hair that match her brown eyes. Her tan skin glowed like the gold over the horizon. Her smile was something you could never forget, it was absolute breath taking, no wonder the boys fell for her- and the girls.

"Homecoming is coming up, it's in October- who's all going?" Landon asked as everyone looked around at one another. Levi smirked a bit as he wrapped one of his arms around Drew's waist pulling her close to him.

"I'm going with my girlfriend, I don't know about you guys" he smiled as Drew hide her face in her book. Her face was red, really red.

"Pfft yeah okay lover boy, I always knew you two would be together" Landon stated, "he would always talk about you" Landon laughed as Levi got somewhat defensive, in a playful demeanor.

"That was confidential stuff!!" Levi shouted as he released his arm from Drew's waist to go back to his homework, as Landon couldn't help but laugh at his best friends reaction.

"Oh mighty lord Levi, don't hurt me for I have done nothing, oh is woe, my dear Alexa play me Despacito" Levi looked at him with a 'what the fuck' face.

"You're an idiot" he mumbled as Landon laughed some more.

"Correction," Landon spoke, "I'm your idiot" Levi chuckled a bit, "unfortunately" he mumbled as Landon fake gasped.

Drew couldn't help but giggle upon seeing and hearing this. This was the true bond of a friendship. Something she wanted since she was young and now, she finally has it.

"Don't worry idiot, I was joking" Levi laughed, "besides I'm keeping that promise that I made to you when we were young" Landon looked at Levi slightly confused, "what was it?"

Levi smiled a bit, "I promised to protect you idiot, and I will"

If only Levi knew what was to come.

"Yeah yeah okay" Landon mumbled as the kid went back to work, by then Adrian and Abriel had came back with some Sonic food.

"YA BITCHES JUST GOT FOOD" Abriel announced as the group jumped from the sudden voice.

"Alright bet, what did you get us?"

"sonic!" Abriel stated as she started to hand out the food with Adrian. After a while Lotus spoke up.

"We're getting some new students tomorrow"

Soon the conversation led into that topic.

As the next day rolled around the high school was all a buzz as whispers were heard about the knew kids.

Levi sat down at the lunch table with his friends as the knew students walked in.

"Who are they?" Levi mumbled as Landon spoke up.

"Oh, I had them first hour" he began, "they are Bella dawn, Luke dawn, and Xavier Nile"

'Why were those names so familiar?' Levi thought to himself, that's when it hit him.

'They were in my dream'
