AMELIAS POV
I woke up to heavy rain again. I had my head on Owen's chest and I nuzzled into him.
"Hey," he whispered.
"Oh hey you're up," I whispered. The kids were sleeping in the bed across from us.
"Mhm," he nuzzled his head into mine.
"I miss our bed," I chuckled.
"Me too," He said. I looked up and kissed him softly.
"I love you," I said.
"I love you too," He said. I rested my hand on his cheek and he smiled. He moved his arm down my waist and we laid there smiling at each other.
"You're gorgeous," He said.
"Shut up I just woke up," I chuckled.
"No I won't shut up," Owen said, "because it's true you're beautiful, and I don't care that you just woke up, or that you're not wearing makeup, or anything else, you're beautiful inside and out no matter when."
"Owen you're so sweet," I said and kissed him again.
"It's my job," he shrugged.
"Mhm," I mumbled. I closed my eyes and nuzzled into him. I could hear the sound of his heartbeat as I was laying there. I am so in love with him.
