OWENS POV
My friends left and I felt confident about the test tomorrow. I locked the door behind Jo and walked upstairs. I opened our bedroom door slowly to not wake Amelia. I walked in and she was peacefully sleeping and I smiled down at her. I walked over and kissed her forehead.
"I love you," I whispered. She was passed out. I changed and crawled into bed and I wrapped my arms around Amelia.

I woke up to the sound of our alarm and Amelia rolled over into me.
"Hmm," she mumbled.
"I'm so tired," I said.
"Mhm," she mumbled. I kissed her head and she snuggle into my chest. I wrapped my arms around her waist and rubbed her back.
"I don't wanna get up," I said.
"Me either," she said, "but hey i need a shower wanna join?"
"Give me five minutes," I said.
"Yeah well I'm going in now," she teased.
"No you're not," I said and pulled her back into bed with me.
"Owen," she complained. I sat up and she kissed me softly.
"I love you," She said.
"I love you too," I said. She pulled me closer to me and kissed me passionately.
"Someone woke up in a good mood," I joked.
"Well we left something unfinished yesterday," she said and bit her lip.
"We sure did," I said.
"So do you wanna join me?" She asked seductively.
"I could," I said.
"Then what are we waiting for?" She asked and kissed me. I picked her up and ran into the bathroom and locked the door. I put her on the counter and she wrapped her legs tightly around my waist and kissed me passionately.
"God I love you," She said.
"I love you too," I said.

We got out of the shower and Amelia smiled at me.
"That was good," she said.
"It was," I smiled and kissed her.
"Good luck on your test today," she said cutely.
"Thanks," I said.
"Your friends are funny," she chuckled, "so many questions."
"Is your favorite jo besides me?" I asked.
"Yep," She said, "it was Edwards before she transferred."
"I knew that," I said.
"You know me so well," she said.
"Of course I do," I said, "Are you going to therapy today?"
"Yes," She said, "after lunch."
"Okay," I said.
"I like it," she said.
"Good," I said.
"What time's you test?" She asked.
"1," I said.
"Okay," She said, "I'm done around 4."
"I should finish up around 3," I said.
"You'll bring the kids home?" She asked.
"Yeah of course," I said and kissed her head.
"Okay great," she said, "I love you."
"I love you too," I said.
AMELIAS POV
Work was really slow today, which was so boring, I'd been here for only 2 hours and it's felt like a lifetime. I texted Owen.
"I'm so bored," I sent.
"We could go for a walk outside," he sent.
"Meet you downstairs?" I sent.
"Sure thing," he sent. I walked downstairs and saw him. I smiled and walked over and he put his arm around me.
"Slow day?" He asked.
"Yeah," I said, "my next surgery is in 2 hours."
"I'm scrubbing with Meredith in 30 minutes," he said.
"Ah," I said. I leaned into him and he kissed my head.
"Are you on call tonight?" I asked.
"No," he said, "Are you?"
"No," I said.
"I just have a surgery with Meredith and my test today," he said.
"Can we plan for our wedding tonight?" I asked. He smiled at me.
"Of course we can," he smiled. I smiled and looked up at him.
"Can we call Megan and Lila?" He asked.
"Sure," I said.
"I'm so excited," he said cutely.
"You're adorable," I said. My phone rang and it was one of the nurses at daycare.
"Oh no," I said and looked at Owen.
"Hello?" I answered.
"Hi Doctor Shepherd Lucas just threw up can you or Doctor Hunt take him and Ethan home?" She said.
"Yeah I'll be there in five minutes," I said.
"Okay thank you have a good day," she said.
"You as well," I said. I hung up and looked at Owen.
"Lucas just threw up I'll bring the boys home you focus on your test Okay?" I said.
"Okay," He said and kissed me softly, "tell me if you need anything and tell the boys i love them."
"Of course," I said and ran inside to get the boys. I got in the elevator and arrived at the daycare. I hated to see them sick. I walked in and signed them out and Lucas was with the nurse.
"Hi baby how are you?" I said and rubbed his shoulder.
"Tummy hurts!" He said and made a face.
"Okay were gonna go home okay?" I said.
"I want dwada!" He said.
"Daddy can't be here right now he's working," I said.
"I don't feel good," he frowned, "I want dwada!"
"Daddy will be home in a few hours Okay?" I said. He started crying and the nurse left us alone.
"Okay buddy Daddy isn't here Okay?" I said, "you will see him tonight I promise."
"No!" He said. I was starting to lose my patience but I wanted Owen to focus on his test.
"Lucas please," I said.
"I don't want to go home!" He said. My pager beeped and it was 911. I paged Jo 911 because I knew Derek was in a surgery and Meredith and Owen just went into theirs.
"Hey what's up?" She said confused.
"Okay I hate to ask but I just got 911 and Lucas is sick and he won't let me take him home and Owens in a surgery with Mer and Derek is in a surgery and you're the first person I thought of I'm sorry can you watch them for a little bit?" I said.
"Yeah of course don't worry about it i love kids," she said.
"Oh my god thank you so much," I said and hugged her.
"Guys please be good," I said.
"Mommy don't go!" Ethan said.
"I promise I'll be right back okay?" I said and kissed his head. I ran out and felt awful and I ran into the ER and I knew sadly I'd be here a while.
OWENS POV
I walked out of the testing room and I'm positive I did well. I was walking with Jo and she stopped.
"Hey don't be mad at me," she said.
"What?" I said.
"Amelia had 911 and Lucas was sick and he refused to go home so she asked me to watch them but she's still in the ER so I couldn't keep watching them because of the test so I left them with a nurse at the daycare," she started.
"It's okay let's go get them now," I said, "and thank you for watching them."
"It was no problem they're so cute I just thought you'd be mad that I left them with a nurse," she chuckled.
"Nah it's okay," I said. We walked into day care and the nurse was with Lucas in the back room so he wouldn't get other kids sick, Ethan was coloring. Ethan looked up and ran over to me. I was so happy that both of them are walking and running a little bit more. I knelt down and picked him up.
"Hey buddy," I said.
"Dada Lucas sick," he frowned.
"I know buddy we're gonna go check on him Okay?" I said.
"Jo!" He said when he saw Jo.
"Hi," she smiled.
"Dada where's mommy?" He asked.
"She's working buddy," I said. I went and checked on Lucas and he had a little fever and the nurse said he threw up again. A few moments later I heard the door open and I turned around and it was Amelia.
"Oh hey," she smiled.
"Hey," I said.
