I'm sad I'm a genius it's 2am and I'm listening to Flatsound's spoken word again and You Said Okay literally just started talking about Adam and Eve what the fuck is this coincidence
Anyway a few weeks (?) back I wrote a poem about Eve coming back to The Garden of Eden seeking revenge or whatever as a sort of metaphor for female oppression and it started out as nothing and ended up something completely different and it gave me an idea.
Consider this: Eve is back on earth guy she wants to return to the Garden of Eden and say a big fuck you to the serpent (satan? I can't remember biblical stuff okay) who manipulated her and a big fuck you to God. And she teams up with Lilith a witch who was burned at the stake, a femicide victim, medusa, Pandora because fUCK YOU ZEUS, YOU CREATED HER TO BE CURIOUS SO THAT SHE WOULD OPEN THE BOX, (it was a jar anyway) your one token male character (you know how so many shows have their main group as all guys except for that one girl? Yeah that but reversed) and idk gimme more historical/mythology misogyny victims i'm too tired to think straight and I have work tomorrow
Listen it's clearly not a entire idea yet but it's me getting very attached to the story of Eve and wanting to write your local Feminist Reclaimation story that I'll probably never be bold enough to actually write because it'll piss of christians but let me dream
