hi.

my name is theo louise james [redacted].

i am bisexual and nonbinary.

i use they/them pronouns. although i present feminine due to my medical position, i still use they/them pronouns and only they/them pronouns.

i am valid.

i may be unorthodox, and my existence may scare some, but i am here. i exist.

and i don't want to be afraid anymore.

i struggle with my mental health.

i have anxiety, depression, and i likely have OCD. i've struggled with self harm since i was eleven. i'm a survivor of sexual assault in a horrifically toxic relationship. i attempted suicide when i was 14.

but i'm 16 now, and i'm still kicking.

i am growing. i am learning. i am recovering.

i am important.

i will make an impact.
