so i guess my favorite part about being a pandemic senior (and really the only good part) is that my school wants seniors off campus as much as possible

so that means

on some days, i arrive at school at 9:15 and get off at 1:45, with an hour lunch in the middle

and the other days, i have to arrive at 8 but only sometimes. i only have to be there at eight if i want to. if i don't want to, i can be there at 9:15 and then i stay until 3:15, but that last class from 2-3:15 is also optional most of the time. i go, because i love it, but a lot of the times i can leave early as long as i finish my work on time.

and! i have a lot less homework than i did last year, which is very nice and helpful, because i gotta get those college apps and scholarships :) gotta secure that bag

anyways, i like being a senior. not the unending anxiety about the uncertainty of the future, but the "less effort is acceptable" part
