"What are you doing here?" I ask Luna, my eyes wide in shock."Hey. I- uh I actually came to see how you're doing. Isn't it okay with you?"
"I'm doing- uh good... as you can see. But well this isn't gonna be okay with my family."
"So I came to speak to them about this."
"About what this?"
"About us. You know."
"I don't know shit about what you're saying. Can you please get to the point."
"Umm well I came to have a talk with your mom and especially Halsey clearing out stuff about what she thinks about me. I also wanted to ask if they're okay with our relationship."
"Our relationship?"
"Yes, us dating. I've spoken to my mom about us and she's pretty supportive. I just want both our immediate families to know."
Oh Jesus.
*faints*
I get up with a severe headache and find my mom and Halsey sitting right opposite me.
"Did she speak to you'll?" I jump up and ask.
"Yes." Halsey says in a low voice.
"What did she say?" My heart races.
"You're experiencing some terrible and upsetting hallucinations."
I sigh.
"Why didn't you tell us about how severe they're getting day by day?" My mom says in a concerned tone.
"I just didn't wanna trouble you'll."
"You're mentally disturbed and you're saying you didn't wanna trouble us. You mean so much to us Lexi, personally to me. How could you even think that?" Halsey screams then pulls me in her arms. Then continues, "I told you to tell me if there anything upsetting you."
"You could have spoken to me." My mom and Zac say.
"If you'll bother about me." I sob and run into my room, locking the door behind me.
"Open the door Lexi!"
"Just leave me alone for some time. Please." I cry.
I throw myself on the bed, staring up at the ceiling. I wish I had died that night. They would have cried a few months. After a year or so everybody would get busy in their own lives. My mom would get to live with her husband in her house, no me to worry about. Halsey would be happy with her baby and husband. Aunt Steph would live happily with her daughter, grand daughter and son in law. Zac would eventually find a better girl. Luna too would be with Laura and my friends wouldn't care anyways. I anyways don't fit anywhere. I could be with my dad up there. My mom anyways never cared about my dad and me. I keep writing all this down so I could feel better and cry away until I finally fall asleep.
My eyes open with a bang on the door. I open the door to find Zac standing outside.
"Can we talk now, please?" He asks. I nod, indicating him with my hand to come in. I look right into his eye.
"I apologize for my behavior. I know I overreacted. I was just mad at you. I'm sorry. Please talk to me now."
"It's okay." I sigh.
"So Luna and you?"
"We're just good friends, nothing more."
"Okay. Just talk less. It's for your good."
