Itetsuki: for the most part, nah. Juniper's doing her best to make it welcome for all genders and sexualities, even if the council dislikes that.
Bureizu: somewhat,,,
Shizen: absolutely not and hatespeech/crimes against the lgbts is punishable by law
Kaisui: nope!
Kuki: ehhh. sort of.
