Tekara is the leader of the TAHS in the digimon universe. Or at least, one of them. She holds the strong belief that hybrids are worthless, disgusting creatures. She wants to exterminate them. She is evil, condescending, rude, and very cunning. She holds so many leadership qualities, and perhaps thats what makes her so evil...
