"You're recovering very well, faster than I expected," Elwin informed Sophie."I'd say you'll be out of here by tomorrow."

Oh, thank god!

Sophie replied," I can't stand being stuck here any longer. I would've gone insane if I was here for more than another day."

"Well, are you sure you aren't insane already...?" remarked Keefe.

Sophie was very tired of Keefe. He was the whole reason she was so eager to get out of the Healing Center. That and wanting to train, but that was not the point.

"Just saying, some people already consider you a mental-crazy- in- drastic - need- of- immediate - medical -attention girl." said Keefe.

He was getting more unbearable by the minute.

"I can't say they're wrong, since after all you are getting healed by Elwin right now, but according to some people, for the wrong reason." Keefe had the audacity to smirk.

Sophie was this close to punching him in the face.

"Huh, if you don't shut up, then we shall see who will be in the need of "medical attention," replied Sophie, feeling proud of herself for coming up with a retort.

Sadly, Sophie had to survive another day in the healing center with a certain someone. She wasn't sure she could handle it. Maybe she would set up a bed outside the healing center. That sounded like a pretty good plan to her. Perhaps, if she was outside, she couldn't hear Keefe.

That would sure be great.

"You're boring."

Sophie looked up from the book she was reading, and found Keefe frowning at her. "Excuse me?"

"You're always so serious and responsible and all "I'm-such-a-goody-two-shoes" all the time. It's boring to watch every day"

Sophie rolled her eyes and returning her attention to her book, although Keefe's comment stung a little.

"Like, I swear," Keefe continued. "I knew you were going to read that book today because you read it all the other days here. And I knew that you were going to ask for a plate of custard bursts because food cheers you up. It's so predictable."

"And you, on the other hand, are full of surprises." Sophie wasn't exactly sure what he was getting at.

"Why, thank you Miss Foster, but you're missing the point. The point is, you need to do something new."

Sophie arched her eyebrows. "Oh really?"

"Yes, really. Let's do something we shouldn't. It's about time you broke some rules."

"Breaking rules? Never heard of it."

Keefe made an exaggerated sort of gasp before jumping out of bed and offering her his hand. Sophie didn't take it, looking at him warily.

"What are you going to do?"

Keefe rolled his eyes. "We're gonna have some fun. Do you know what that is, or have you never heard of that either?"

Sophie sighed. She could tell there was no way she was going to win this argument, not when Keefe had his mind set.

This was going to be a long, long, long last day.

So this chapter was a filler, but as far as fillers go, this was pretty good.
