No One's Point of View

*Kindergarten, 2 Week of School*

As they pushed little Michele to the ground, she did her best not to cry. But it was hard since she was only five, and tiny.
It was only two weeks into the school year and she was already getting picked on.
But there he was, a little Corbyn, ready to defend her.
They didn't even know each other and he still defended her.
Only Corbyn didn't really hurt the bullies, he got the teachers and sent the bullies to the principals office while Corbyn walked Michele to the nurses office.

"Thank you," Michele said as the nurse patched up her scrapped knee and gave her an ice pack for her arm.

Michele was able to hold the ice pack so Corbyn held it for her.

"You're welcome," Corbyn said. "What's your name?"

"Michele," the little brunette girl answered. "What about you?"

"Corbyn," the little boy answered. Only little five year old Corbyn couldn't pronounce his name, so he it sounded like he said, "Corbean."

"What if I just called you 'Bean'," she said.

"Works for me," Corbyn said laughing, as she joined in with the laughter too.

"Friends," she asked.

"Forever," he said as the walked back to class.
