I heard the beeping sound somewhere near at me. I tried to open my eyes. The scent of this place was familiar.

He was talking with someone, i guess with my mother. But behind that door that was slightly open.

"Gusto ko lang namang makibalita sakaniya. I wanted to see her. I'm sorry."

"Ano may napala ka ba? Nakita mo ba sya?

What are they talking about?

I missed her Linda. Pero mas kailangan tayo ni Raixelle. Ayokong mawalan ng isa pang anak uli."

Wait a minute. Did i heard it right? Base sa pagkakaintindi ko, posibleng may kapatid ako? Is that what it means?

"Lets go inside first." narinig niyang bumukas ang pintuan.

I stayed my eyes open. The doctor walked towards me as he noticed I was awake. "How are you feeling?"

"Weak. I can't moved freely. My bones are weak."

Mama drew step near at me. She held my face.

"She will be Madam once she could get immediate treatment for her."

"Anong ibig mong sabihin doc?" nag-aalalang tanong ni papa.

"We ran a blood test. And the result we found out that your daughter has a Multiple Myeloma." he said. "It was a cancer of plasma cells. A cancerous plasma cells accumulate in the bone marrow and crowd out healthy blood cells. Rather than produce helpful antibodies, the cancer cells produce abnormal proteins or antibodies that can cause complications. Most people who get this cancer are over age 65. And this is rare for the young adult like her."

"There are possible reason why we get these cancer cell. It might be the age, race, blood condition, genes or the family history."
