The weather couldn't be any worse for quidditch.
Wind swept through the stadium at dangerous speeds causing people to stagger as they walked.
Heavy rain drenched the crowd sending shivers down their spines as the frosty temperature just kept getting colder.

Cass was wearing Harrys quidditch hoody from last year and her leather jacket but still continued to shiver.

Scarlett figures flew through the sky with little sense of direction as the wind and rain was obstructing everyone's vision.

Within minutes the whole Gryffindor team were soaked through, their skin covered by a layer of frozen rain droplets.

After the first flash of lighting, Madam Hooch blew her whistle.
Oliver wood signaled his team down to the ground.

"I called for time out!" Wood shouted. "Everyone under here."

Cass ran down from the stands to join Harry and the others even though she isn't any part of the quidditch team, she just liked to be nosey.

"What's the score?" Harry asked.

"We're fifty points up," Wood said. "but unless we get the Snitch soon, we'll be playing into the night."

"I've got no chance with these on!" Harry said whilst throwing his glasses off.

"Alright Haz, don't have a tantrum." Cass joked. She picked his glasses up from the floor and pointed her wand at them and said "impervius".

The whole team watched in amazement , Wood especially.

"I could kiss you right now Cass!" exclaimed Wood grateful now as his star Seeker could see.

George and Fred both moved and stood infront of Cass protectively.

"Don't think you should do that mate." George said.

"Wouldn't want you to end up hexed now would we?" Fred threatened.

"Calm down boys," Cass smirked. "I can handle myself. Want your name added to the kiss list Wood?"

"W-what. I-i -" Wood began to say.

"Was only teasing." Cass winked before disappearing back into the stands.

Harry stood there, jaw firmly on the floor after seeing Cassie act that way. He wasn't sure what he was feeling, something inside felt as if it was about to erupt. He was snapped out of his thoughts and Wood beckoned him back onto the pitch.
