"So let me get this straight," Harry said, slightly breathless.

"Poor choice of words." Cassie scoffed, throwing her clothes back on.

"Your dad, and Remus are together? They told you this?"

"Walking in on them fucking, was a pretty clear sign Harry." Cassie snapped.

"Okay, okay." Harry retreated. "I just don't get why you're so mad about it."

If looks could kill, Harry would certainly be dead after the way he just spoke.
Cassie couldn't believe how unfazed he was, shrugging his shoulders as if nothing had happened, but then again it wasn't his father and godfather bent over each other.

"Why i'm so mad about it?" Cassie laughed manically. "They've been together for years, whilst lying to me behind my back!"

"Well they weren't exactly lying, they just never told you." Harry said, a poor attempt of trying to reason with her.

"Yeah, you're right, they never did fucking tell me."

Cassies and Harrys voices raised louder each sentence, drawing the attention of everyone downstairs.

"How would you feel if you walked in on your dad and moony fucking?" Cassie asked sarcastically. "Yeah that's what I thought."

Harry had remained silent, unsure of how he'd react if the situation was flipped.
James and Sirius curiously climbed the stairs as the argument grew even more heated.

"Well I suppose i'd be pretty pissed off considering that would mean he's cheating on mum, but i mean you don't have a—" Harry stopped abruptly.

"Don't have a what? Go on Harry. Finish the sentence." Cassie boded.

"Cassie you know that's not what I meant!" Harry stuttered. "Mine was dead for most of my life, don't try and act like she was always there for me!"

"Everything's always about you! Poor little Harry Potter, his parents died protecting him! You're so stuck in your own head. You always have to have the worst life Harry." Cassie shouted. "I'm not even sure why I put up with you for so long. You were just a pity fuck to get over Cedric." Cassie spat.

"You don't really mean that?" Harry choked. "Cassie-"

"I meant every fucking word of it!" Cassie seethed. "You we're just there, following me around like a lost puppy as you always do! You must of known i would get sick of you at some point? You really can't have been that naive?" Cassie laughed in his face.

Her words hit Harry like a ton of bricks.

"Should've known you would do this at some point. You're just a ticking time bomb, everyone has to walk on egg shells around." Harry said coldly, her words provoking him.

She was being horrible, and she knew it.
The worst part of it all, she wanted to hurt him.
Everything had been building inside, bubbling to the boiling point, and he was the one to take the brunt of it all.

Yet, he wanted to hurt her too.

James and Sirius came bursting through the door, similarly to the time back at 12 Grimmauld Place.

"Oh look." Cassie scoffed. "The fucking cavalries arrived."

"Cassie, just calm down and take a minute to think." Sirius proposed to his furious daughter as James and Harry left before things escalated further.
