The next day Johnny made breakfast for us; we woke up to the smell of bacon slipping through the crack under the door. When Lucas and I made it to the kitchen the other two boys were already there and were just sitting down to eat. We were all hungover, and Johnny had a bottle of aspirin sitting in the center of the table.
"Don't mind if I do." Lucas said, sitting down and opening the bottle.
He extended his arm out to me with it, knowing I'd want some too. I accepted and then we all ate our food.
We spent the day lazing about, watching movies and pigging out on food.
Then we all decided to go for a swim in the pool since it was nice outside. I wore the full bikini this time, and just laid around on a floatie that Lucas helped me get into and the guys just hung out and did a few laps. Johnny left and brought us even more snacks, still feeling guilty for abandoning us.
"I'm gonna have to work out extra hard to burn all these calories off." Lucas said, shaking his head in disappointment at himself as he ate the chips and drank the sodas Johnny had brought for us while he leaned against the edge of the pool.
My floatie was moving slowly towards him as the water flowed and I also had a bag of chips in one hand and a soda in the other.
"I bet I could help you out with that." I flirted as I floated past.
He chuckled and his cheeks turned red. He shot me a deep sultry look with his gorgeous eyes as I was being turned to face away from him by the waves.

"What should we do now?" Winwin asked, seeming bored after the two hours we had spent in the pool.
"I'm honestly kind of feeling a nap coming on from all this food." Lucas yawned and stretched his arms after he finished his snacks.
"I think I'm gonna do some cleaning." Johnny said, climbing out of the pool and grabbing a towel off a table nearby.
"Mind if I help out?" Winwin asked and got out with him.
"No, that's fine." Johnny said and they both went inside.
I heard water rustling, Lucas was walking over to my floatie and turning it back around to face him.
"Well, here we are again." He shot me his boxy smile and flirted, referring back to our first night in the pool.
I hopped off the floatie and onto my feet and hugged him tightly.
He seemed surprised and hesitated before hugging me back and resting his chin on my head.
"Are you okay?" He asked.
"Yeah. I just missed you. Being in your arms again last night was so great. I was scared that first night would be our only night."
"I missed you too, baby. But we're all okay. We made it. And now we have forever."
He lifted my chin and placed his lips onto mine, water still dripping down from his hair and onto my dry cheeks. He pulled me close, and we stayed like that for probably a half an hour, just holding each other with our lips locked. The sun had moved across the horizon and was now just beginning to set.

As much as I wanted him, as much as I could tell he wanted me and how perfect the moment was, I couldn't help but think ... did he really want to be with me forever? I was dying to know what would happen when we reached the shore.
I pulled away abruptly and stood flat on my feet, leaning off my tip toes.
"Are you sure you're okay?" He whispered, running his hand across my cheek.
I looked up deeply into his eyes.
"Do you ... really think you'll want to be with me after all of this?" I asked.
It was hitting me that we really didn't know each other ... at all. I had only known him a week. I knew I loved him; I had never felt like this before about someone. It was like love at first sight but, how would he be in regular life, not just on this boat.
"I do, Miss Zeda. Whatever happens I will be here."
He cupped my chin and gave my forehead a peck.
"As much as I hate to say it ... do we even know each other?" I asked.
His eyebrows raised and I think it finally hit him, too. He looked saddened for a second, but then shook his head and put a hand on each of my biceps.
"You may be right, but I'm not going to change my mind. There's nothing you could throw at me that would make me not love you anymore." He reassured me and put a hand on my cheek.
"I want to spend the rest of my life getting to know you." He said with a smile, and again encased my lips with his.
His words never failed to melt my heart. He really had a way with his words, even his tones and slight facial gestures were so genuine and charming. I let myself fall back into the trance that was his lips until he pulled away a few minutes later and asked me,
"Wanna go lie down?"
I smiled and nodded, and we both walked back down into the cabin. He took my hand into his as we walked, and we both quickly glanced back out at the sunset behind us.
Once in the cabin, Lucas stepped away from me and seemed to be checking the living room and kitchen, I just continued to go to the bedroom. I sat on the bed, waiting for him.
He came back with an evil grin on his face and closed the door behind him.
"What is it?" I asked.
"It seems that Johnny and Winwin are on the lower level of the ship." He came and sat next to me.
"And?"
"They're out of hearing range."
