After being casted to the sea, thrown off the cruise ship she was on by her own boyfriend, what Zeda thought was her biggest problem turns out to be only the beginning. She's rescued by a foreign man, Lucas, & his two friends Johnny & Winwin. Togeth...
I followed him to the bedroom where he himself was packing a bag. He had mine open and laid out beside it.
"Can I ask ... why all of a sudden you want to go so badly?"
He smiled, "It's just what I like to do ... and I want to say I'm sorry for the way I've been lately. I should have just told you. But this will be a nice getaway. It's been a while since our last one." He said as he meticulously packed his clothes into his suitcase.
"We won't have to worry about anything. Everything will be taken care of for us. We can just relax and clear our heads."
He slid over to my side of the closet, grabbing a dress that I knew he liked from the hanger and tossed it into my still empty bag on the bed. He looked up at me with a loving smile.
I returned the gesture, giving him a grin and finally starting to grab clothes of my own and load them into a pile.

The next day Lucas woke me up with a smile, reminding me it was time for us to get ready to go.
"You can go right back to sleep on the ship, baby." He told me, knowing I was hungover from my birthday party.
I groggily got myself up and stretched with a yawn.
He had already grabbed our bags, loaded them into the car and had breakfast made for me on the island in the kitchen.
"Goodmorning, Miss Zeda." He smiled, setting a fork beside the plate he fixed for me.
Before I could reply there was a knock at the door. I looked to him confused.
"That must be Winwin and Hua." He said.
Since his hands were now occupied doing the dishes, I decided to get the door.
The moment it cracked open their dog came rushing in to greet our pets.
"Hey girl!" Hua cheered, going in for a hug. I accepted and her and Winwin both came in with their own bags in hand.
"I'm so excited to stay here, girl. We can finally get some peace and quiet! Living in an apartment is annoying sometimes." She said, setting her suitcase down.
"It's not that bad." Winwin added, sounding slightly offended.
