****This part will be a lil risqué. Not as much as other parts, but just to be safe let's say it's 17+****

"Show me what?"

"How much I love you. How grateful I am for you."

I sat upright and our lips collided again.

My hands were on the back of his neck and his went to my legs, rubbing them and slowly trailing upwards.

We stayed that way for an extended period, but he eventually had to pull back.

"It's been ... since the boat, hasn't it?"

I nodded.

"Wow."

"I should probably get out of Johnny's suit before things get too far." He chuckled.

I had forgotten.

"Yeah, you're right."

"And you ... should get out of this dress."

He ran his hands over the material.

My cheeks flushed red.

"You know ... Winwin picked this out for me."

"He did?"

I nodded, trying to act cute.

"Well, he knows what I like."

We both laughed and kissed once more.

"Can I bring you to my room?"

I of course nodded and he lifted me as I was, just as he did on our first night together.

It seems to be our tradition now.

He carefully carried me up the stairs and set me onto his bed.

His heavenly scent surrounded me, and I closed my eyes in bliss.

I laid there and watched him slowly take off his layers.

His blazer, his belt, his undershirt, his pants.

Or I guess it was Johnny's blazer, Johnny's belt, and Johnny's pants.

I laughed a little to myself.

He folded them neatly and set them on his dresser.

I drunkenly related to him the night on the ship that his bathroom door was cracked open, and I saw him begin to undress.

His eyes widened and he chuckled.

He didn't remember that night but was surprised to hear it.

He was now just in his boxers and came to lay beside me.

"I can't believe it." He sighed.

"Me peeping on you?"

"No, that you're here. In my house. In my bed. With me." He got close, us both laying on our sides facing one another, and put a hand on my cheek.

"I sat right here and thought of how I'd get you back a thousand times ... None of them were the way it actually happened."

"All I needed was a text. Or a call." I tried to tell him.

"I didn't know what to say ..."

"Just a simple 'Hey' would have been fine, Lucas." I tried to explain delicately, not wanting to hurt his feelings about it. I knew he already felt bad.
