After being casted to the sea, thrown off the cruise ship she was on by her own boyfriend, what Zeda thought was her biggest problem turns out to be only the beginning. She's rescued by a foreign man, Lucas, & his two friends Johnny & Winwin. Togeth...
The door was now closing with a loud thud that shook the barn, and the sound of it locking was heard clearly by the boys. Winwin and Johnny rushed to it and began pounding relentlessly. Everyone was screaming at Vince.
"What the fuck!" Johnny yelled, frantically trying to turn the handle.
*C* "You son of a bitch!" Winwin cursed.
Chaz stood behind terrified of what was happening. "What the fuck did you guys get me into?!" He yelled.
"Open the door, Vince! You're such a coward!" Johnny yelled as he and Winwin continued striking the door.
Lucas climbed down from the loft and when his feet hit the floor, something was tossed through the hole in the roof, landing in the center of the room. The oblong shaped object began to emit smoke and with it released sheer panic into the barn.
"What the fuck is that?" Chaz yelled.
Everyone backed away until their backs were against the wall.
"What the fuck is that?" Chaz repeated himself.
"Cover your faces!" Johnny screamed.
The entire barn was slowly filling with a thick cloud of smoke.
"What the fuck!" Chaz screamed.
Vince was laughing outside.
"You piece of shit! What the fuck is this?" Johnny yelled.
Vince said nothing to them, leaving them to suffer alone.
Lucas had gone silent, still in shock and disbelief that he let this happen. In his mind, they were all trapped now because of him.
The guys looked at each other, their hands cupping their shirts over their mouth and nose.
Each of their expressions were of pure dread and panic.
They truly felt this was where their lives would end. At the hands of Vince.
*C* "You guys ... are we dying?" Winwin asked.
No one was sure of that answer.
*C* "I don't know, Winwin." Johnny told him.
*C* "I love you guys." Winwin told all of them.
*C* "We love you too Winwin." Johnny said.
All of them had foggy eyes, not wanting to cry in front of each other but the feeling was so overwhelming.
Lucas' mind was running wild as a tear fell down his cheek. He never found out what happened to Zeda. He never got to save her. Was she dead, too? All that blood ...
He put his hand over his heart, feeling physical pain at the thought of her dying. The only slight relief he got was realizing that he'd be seeing her very soon.
The smoke became so thick they couldn't see their own bodies, and the gas burned their eyes and forced tears out of them.
"NO!" Chaz cried from his side against the wall.
*C* "Chaz I'm so sorry." Johnny apologized to him.
Chaz was now crying audibly. *C* "I'm too young to die." He managed to speak in Chinese.
Almost all of them began coughing, the smog now penetrating their attempts of masks and it was now entering their lungs.
Winwin was sobbing while he coughed, feeling like he was choking.
But ... Johnny wasn't feeling it as intensely as the others.

He was having a coughing fit but could speak and catch his breath intermittently.
*C* "Sit down you guys. So we don't fall and hit our heads." He told them.
"What does it matter, Johnny? We're all dying anyway!" Chaz hissed.
"In case ... we survive." Johnny said.
The boys could only hear each other's experience, and soon the room began growing quieter .... one by one.
Chaz was first, falling unconscious with a loud thud on the concrete.
Winwin was next, feeling so lightheaded that he fell over, knocking himself out on the floor.
*C* "Lucas! If you're still there, sit down." Johnny said, hearing the others fall.
Johnny sat himself down and held his knees to his chest trying to catch his breath, which oddly enough, started to work.
Lucas was no longer coughing, and Johnny could only hear his labored breathing.
*C* "Lucas, just ... try to breathe, man. We're gonna be okay."
*C* "I'm feeling a little better, are you?" Johnny asked, but Lucas said nothing.
Inside Lucas's mind, he was back in his dream, the one he had on Chaz's couch.

In his ears, was her voice singing to him.
She was lying beside him in a thick field of roses colored in sapphire and was staring into his eyes. Her ocean blue eyes almost melted into the same color that surrounded her. She put a hand on his chest and smiled at him.
"I'm here, Lucas." She spoke softly.
Lucas' breathing slowly faded out, and now Johnny was left with the smoke falling and ever so slowly clearing the room out the hole in the roof.
