The next morning, we both woke up around the same time. When my eyes eased open, he was slipping a shirt on and getting ready to head out to the others.

"Goodmorning, beautiful." He said. "I am going to start breakfast."
"Can I come with you?"
"Of course, Miss Zeda. You don't have to ask my permission." He chuckled and went into the bathroom, closing the door.
I got up and got dressed into new clothes, a plain red T shirt and jeans with holes in them and as I was buttoning them up the bathroom door opened, and Lucas stepped out.
I followed him to the kitchen and just sat on a chair in the dining room, watching him in admiration.
"So, tell me about yourself." He said as he was stirring something in a bowl, facing perpendicularly to me.
Johnny silently walked into the kitchen and was stood behind Lucas.
"I know it's extremely late to be saying that but ... It's like you put a spell on me. I fell for you in an instant." He smiled, still looking away from me.
I had to hold back my laughter, and I covered my mouth with my palm.
"Oh, I did, huh?" Johnny chimed in, making Lucas jump.

I released my laughter, and they joined in with me.
"You scared the crap out of me." Lucas laughed.
Johnny grabbed a drink from the fridge and walked over to the table where I was.
"Got room for one more? Or am I interrupting anything?" He asked.
I shook my head and looked to Lucas.
"We were just talking. You can stay." He told him.
"Need any help?"
Johnny left his drink at the table and went to assist Lucas.
"So, Zeda? What did you do before you ended up here?" Johnny asked.
