Catra's pov

When we all woke up swift Wind gave us a speach about how we can not leave dinner like we did last night Adora apologized to him while I casually ate the food for break fast, more like wolfing it down, honestly he was a good cook, when Adore sat down next to me I nudged her " hey Adora, why did you seemed off this morning " she looked at me and did her oddly suspicious smile "me being off ppffft noooo not at all just tired and all" she let out a nervous laugh, I really didn't believe her and rolled my eyes "what ever you're up to just be careful" I whispered to her, I saw her flinched and that was a dead give away that she really was up to something "I promise I'll be careful Catra, and please stay with the group ok?" I looked at her and grin "I'm always careful and I will, I will" I kissed her cheek gently "ew affection" we both looked at Swift wind and Adora kicked his leg under the table "oh shush, you should be used to seeing affection since you hang with Spinnerella and Netossa all the time" he pouted as he rubbed his leg "that's different, they're not relate to me" I can't help but to grin and grab Adora and kiss her front of him, as I let go of her "well, I guess then you just have to get used to the fact that Adora is dating this bad girl" I stuck my tongue out while swift wind quickly stood up "well then um, Catra I'll be waiting for you at the truck bye Adora" he said rushing his words when he walked out.

We couldn't help but to chuckle at his reaction, I looked at Adora and wined "see you after school princess" I said as I walk out of the house to the truck, I climed into the passenger seat and grin "your cooking is amazing buddy" he looked at me and nods "thanks" he started the truck and started to drive "Catra listen, if you hurt Adora I won't hesitate to ask Glimmer, Mermista and Notessa to beat your ass to the next dimension" I looked at him and chuckled "to which one? Where you're a horse, Adora is a sword lady and me a Cat lady with style that would put Catwoman to shame" as I saw he was being serious I shake my head " I won't hurt her actually I didn't want her to be part of this that's why I was being a bitch besides the fact she made new friends" he shook his head "she never forgotten you though, she always had you in her mind even when you were a bich to her even while she dated glimmer that's why she broke up with her" I couldn't help but to feel happy about that facf but moment was ruined "but why am I a horse in you idea if next dimension?"

I let out a laugh before answering him "well you seem like horse sometime especially with your rainbow ass hair" he was about to argue about that but then stopped "you have a point,I just hope at least I'm a unicorn or have majestic wings." "oh you definitely have wings so you can fly and be all annoying about that" we couldn't help but to chuckle at that idea, this feels really nice to just talk to someone and not be scared to do so it feels like how life should be.

Adora's pov

After they left I went out if the house, I've already texted Scorpia last night and she agreed to help me out to get Catra's stuff, it didn't took her too long to pick me up and we went straight to their house when we stopped front of the house I can't help but to feel scared, it felt like that house sucked all of the positive things in life "so is this where you all stay?" I asked she nodded slowly "yea it is, and to be honest Catra had the most of the abuse, I mean we are also scarred from that woman but she had it worse" I looked down, I can't help but to feel sorry for all of them "well we wont get anything done if we just sit in here " she said ad she climbed out of her truck, I nodded in agreement and climbed out as well.

We walkled into the house then went up stairs into Catra's room, we only packed up the stuff she needs and finally her guitar, I would never leave het guitar behind she loved this guitar, I smiled when I remembered when she got this.
