I DON'T CARE - Kai Parker

Lizzie had cooled off and went to the Salvatore boarding house alongside Kai, to speak more about Damon's mommy issues.

Damon was currently on the phone and a crash was heard from where Kai had nearly dropped an ornament that was placed securely onto a shelve.

"So St. Caroline keeps her halo even with no humanity-- well, even if she does..." Damon turned around to see Kai quickly placing the ornament back with a slight smile on his face to signify nothing went wrong here.

"Could be good for her, you know, to blow off some stream, thin the herd. Getting awfully crowded around here," Damon said on the phone, completely ignoring Kai's idiotic presence.

Lizzie looked up at Kai despite her short height, "Stop it, Kai," she nudged his shoulder and he looked down at her and whispered, "Sorry gorgeous," he smiled.

"Not your fault, Stefan. By the time you figured out how you felt about her, it was too late. She made her choice," Damon spoke on the phone to Stefan by the sounds of it.

Kai found a stash of bourbon that most likely belonged to Damon and started pouring himself a glass of bourbon, "Will do, brother," Damon hung up.

Kai motioned for Lizzie to have a drink but she declined, "Are you stupid? I'm pregnant for god sake," she hushed.

He looked embarrassed for a split second and spoke to Damon, "Yeah. Why tell your brother your mother's still alive? No, but I get it. Mom's in a prison world and therefore an evil psychopath," he walked over to the couch and made sure Lizzie sat comfortably before continuing yattering on, "Don't want to ruin little bro's perfect mommy memory."

Kai took a sip of his bourbon and rubbed at Lizzie's arm, "I'll tell him as soon as I know the truth," Damon said.

"The truth," Lizzie laughed to herself.

"Which is why you're still here-- your baby daddy's sister sent me and Elena to 1994. He could send me back to 1903," Damon said to Lizzie and she rolled her eyes.

"Technically, yes, I am able to do that, but I'll need the ascendant for the 1903 prison world," he said and took another sip of his bourbon.

"Oh. As the newly elected president of the Gemini freaks, I assume you know where to get it," Damon said to Kai as the Gemini coven leader raised his brows, "So get it," Damon ended.

"It's my pleasure," Kai made sipping noises while drinking casually.

"You want something. Shocker," Damon sat down onto the arm of the couch," All right"

"Well, ever since you told me Bonnie was back, I, uh, I can't stop thinking about her, all right, what I did, how she is," Kai spoke but Lizzie gave him the side-eye and nudged his foot with her own harshly.

"It's annoying really-- look. I need to see her. I need to apologize, and you both are going to make that happen," he smiled to his girlfriend and then back at Damon, drinking the rest of his drink and slamming it down onto the coffee table.

Purple and blue lights were flashing and music was blasting through everybody's ears, Lizzie walked up to Bonnie and gave her a big hug.

"Bonnie!" Lizzie said happily and let go off of her.

"What are you doing here?" Bonnie said with a big smile on her face to finally see her best-friend's face after so long.
