an: here's the story!!

Starlight Cat Cafe. A cafe that elicits joy and comfort into all of the patrons who visit. A cafe that allows people to relax and calm down after a hard day. A cafe that everyone can enjoy, including the staff of the cafe. You can come in and pet the cats while drinking your favorite beverage. There are benches and couches to sit or lay on, chairs and tables scattered around if you so choose. The cats will come seemingly from out of nowhere before bombarding you. There's containers of cat treats just about everywhere you turn so you can give the cats treats. There's cats fat and thin, fluffy and smooth, sleepy and hyperactive. There's a cat for just about everyone who comes in. Dongmyeong on one hand, loves all of the cats.

Dongmyeong is one of the two owners of Starlight, Harin being the other owner. Dongmyeong is stuck on closing duty, which isn't the worst shift to have, it's usually the least busy shift, the busiest being Sunday and Monday mornings. Dongmyeong always takes the night shift on those days when he can. Whenever Dongmyeong works closing he always relaxes with the cats for a bit after he gets finished closing and filling the cat bowls with food and water. The cats were always so overjoyed to cuddle with Dongmyeong, the male always brushing the cats out. Dongmyeong closing up the store tonight is no different. They clean up the shop for Yonghoon and Hyungu who are opening tomorrow before they sit down on one of the couches with a cat brush. Dongmyeong beams as the biggest cat, Luna, sits on his lap and buries her head in his arm.

"Did you have a hard day today baby?" Dongmyeong smiles at Luna who purrs and licks Dongmyeong's arm as he brushes her out, "Yeah I bet. Harin told me all about it. You gotta stay away from the coffee pots silly girl."

Dongmyeong stretches his arms out before he pulls their smallest kitten into his lap, Popcorn, named lovingly by Hyungu. He brushes his fur out and gives Popcorn a treat before Popcorn jumps off the couch and scurries out the cat door towards an enclosed area for the cats. Dongmyeong laughs and watches as the rest of the cats scurry off towards the back with Popcorn. He stands up and stretches his limbs out before running a hand through his hair. Dongmyeong pulls out a clipboard before making small notes of things they're getting low on, Dongmyeong laughing as several cats rub against him while purring. They set the clipboard down before petting the three cats. Once the cats walk away he finishes up writing down the small list of things they'll need before he sets it next to the opening checklist. Dongmyeong checks to make sure none of the cats are in any of the cupboards before making sure all of the coffee pots and ovens are turned off. Dongmyeong stretches and slips his coat on then walks out of the cafe, before locking the back door behind him. Dongmyeong jumps slightly as they hear a small meow from a box. Dongmyeong frowns and looks over the box before opening it and sticking their finger out for the cat to sniff.
