The next morning, Y/n walked towards Granny's. Killian told her to go there and wait for him. He had left early that morning. He said it had something to do with Emma and Regina or something like that. The girl arrived at the diner and awkwardly stepped inside. She ignored some of the eyes that were on her. She walked up to the bar and sat down. An old lady walked up to her. "Morning. Is Killian here?" Y/n asked the lady. "Hook?" The lady questioned. Y/n nodded in response. "He's not here yet." She tells Y/n. The girl shifted uncomfortably in her chair. "Oh, is it alright if I wait here?" She asked. "Of course, dear. Would you like some coffee? Tea? Hot cocoa?" The old lady asked. Y/n shrugged. "I don't know." She answered quietly. The old lady smiled at her. "I'll make you something." She said. She walked off to the back leaving Y/n behind. She soon returned with a plate and mug in her hand. She sat them down. Y/n smelled the scrambled eggs, bacon, and hot chocolate. She smiled at Granny. "Thank you. Why are you being so nice to me?" She asked. "You've been through a lot. You can use some lovin'." Granny answered. Y/n gave her another smile before she started to eat. The old lady smiled at the girl as she ate her breakfast. The girl looked up at the lady. "It's amazing." She said. Granny smiled at her again. The door behind Y/n opened and Henry walked inside. He spotted Y/n sitting at the bar. He climbed on the chair next to the girl. "Hey." He said. Y/n turned her head to him. "Hey." She said quietly. The boy smiled at her. "How are you doing so far? Do you like it here?" He asked her. Y/n looked at him, slightly confused. "It's fine. A-are you not mad at me?" She questioned. The boy raised his eyebrow. "Why would I be mad at you?" He asked. Y/n let out a little chuckle. "Because I lied to you? I helped Pan trick you?" She reminded him. Henry shrugged in response. "You thought you were doing the right thing. I can't be mad at you for that. Besides, Pan is the one to blame. So, don't worry about it." He tells her. Y/n thanked the boy and ate the rest of her breakfast. Henry glanced around the diner to see two familiar faces. He turned back to Y/n. "There is someone I want you to meet." He tells her.

Y/n was able to pick up her hot chocolate before Henry dragged her across the diner. She was pushed into the seat next to a girl. Henry sat in front of her next to the girl's father. "I am so sorry about this." Y/n quickly apologized. The man chuckled and looked at Henry. "It's alright." He replied. Henry looks at Y/n. "Y/n, I want you to meet Paige or Grace," Henry said. He pointed at the girl next to Y/n. "Nice to meet you." Y/n smiled at the girl. "And this is Jefferson. He's the Mad Hatter." Henry tells Y/n. The lost girl looks at the father of the girl. She observed him for a couple of seconds. "You're the Mad Hatter?" She asked him. "I was. It's just Jefferson now." The man replied with a smile. Y/n returned the smile. "I'm Y/n." She tells him. "She's the lost girl. She was in Neverland." Henry informs the two. Paige, or Grace, looked at Y/n. "Neverland? I heard that is one of the most wonderful places in the universe! Even more wonderful than Wonderland!" She exclaimed. Y/n let out a chuckle and sips her hot chocolate. "You must've heard that wrong then. It's nothing more than an ordinary island. Yes, there are no grown-ups to tell you what to do, and you don't have to grow up. But, it's not as wonderful as you may think." She informs the girl. Grace tilted her head. "Didn't you like it there?" She asked Y/n. The lost girl sat her mug down again. "Oh, no! I loved it. After a while."  She informs Grace.  Y/n looked at Jefferson. "So, Jefferson, what are you doing here? I thought you were trapped in Wonderland." She said. The man glared at her. "Where did you hear that?" He asked her. Y/n shrugged. "A little bird told me." She answered, "How did you get out?" She asked him. Jefferson looked at her with an emotionless expression. "I don't know what you're talking about." He replied. Y/n leaned on the table, leaning forward slightly. "I think you do." She said. She brushed the fingers of her left hand over his arm that rested on the table. Jefferson tensed up a little bit. "Hatter." She whispered.  He into her eyes. "Those days are over." He tells her. She smirked slightly. "Are they?" She questioned.
