He slammed the small cage shut and locked it with his magic. Y/n slammed her hands against the cage that kept her in her place. Pan walked down the small, stone pathway that slowly disappeared into the void behind him. Y/n started to scream as she reached through the bars. "Peter, don't," Y/n said. But Pan continued to walk down the path. Y/n was calling after her boyfriend as he walked away. She "Peter, please!" Y/n called out to him. "Peter!" Y/n screamed at the top of his lungs. It was as if her voice broke into a thousand pieces. She clapped her hands against the bamboo sticks. But it didn't bother him. He walked away and pretended she wasn't there. As if she had never existed. Y/n kept looking at him until he disappeared from the cave. Tears well up in her eyes as she set back against the sides of the small prison she was in. She put her hand over her forehead and let the tears run down her cheeks. This couldn't happen again. Everything was so perfect. Why did this happen? How could he do this? Pan couldn't forgive himself, he'd said, and yet she was here again. As if she had betrayed him. Y/n looked up. A dim light illuminated the cave slightly, allowing her to see the ceiling. The stones hanging from the top were already starting to come down in her mind. The space became smaller and she felt claustrophobic. She held her breath and closed her eyes. She began to count to ten softly. "One... two... three..." she whispered. But her thoughts couldn't calm down. She stopped counting and let out a loud cry. She begs Pan to release her. He couldn't leave her like this. He loved her after all... right?
Pan stepped into the camp. Felix spotted him entering their grounds. He quickly approached the demon that was making his way towards his treehouse rather quickly. "Where have you been? I've been looking for you everywhere." the blonde teenager spoke up. But Pan didn't answer him. He continued to make his way to his treehouse like a zombie. He didn't respond to anything around him. He was just walking. Felix frowned at him and followed his friend. When he caught up with him he placed his hand on his shoulder. Pan turned around at the sudden touch. "What are you thinking about?" Felix questioned. "What do you mean?" Pan asked. Felix chuckled at him. "What do you mean? You walk around the camp like you're a zombie." He says. Pan frowns at him. "Did something happen or something?" Felix asked again. Pan shook his head and shrugged. "No," he answered. But Felix didn't quite believe him. Then something struck him. "Where's Y/n?" he asked him. Pan glanced around him a few times before returning his eyes to Felix. "I do not know." He said. Felix looked at him questioningly. "I thought she was with you." He replied. Pan shook his head again. "You stayed with her anyway." He said. "She had fallen asleep. I can't keep staring at her while she sleeps. She seemed so calm. I didn't want to disturb that." Pan told. Felix shook his head and pressed his finger to Pan's chest. "You two fought. You used your magic to put us to sleep and when I woke up you were both gone. You and Y/n. Where did you take her?" Felix asked. "I didn't take her anywhere." Pan lied. "I do not believe you," Felix said. "Well, I'm not lying," Pan tells him sternly. Felix opened his mouth to protest when Pan raised his hand. "I will look for her. Don't worry. She couldn't have gotten very far." He assured his second in command.
Felix watched as the leader of the Lost Boys walked off into the jungle. He didn't believe him. The last thing he remembered seeing was Y/n and Pan arguing in the forest. They didn't mean to let everyone overhear them. Or did they? Both Y/n and Pan could be very dramatic from time to time. Could this be part of a game they're playing? That couldn't be. Their argument was way too serious for that. Felix readjusted his cloak on his head and picked up his weapon. He left to go into the jungle to look for his best friend. He needed to know she was okay. What if something had happened to her? Something worse than Pan. "Y/n!" Felix called out once he got further into the jungle. "Are you asleep somewhere?" He questioned, "Because if so then you'll have to get down yourself. There is no way I am climbing up those trees you get into all the time." He said sarcastically. He expected a giggle or something like that. But nothing happened. He called out her name a few more times before he realized she was nowhere near. Where could she be? He looked at Felix. "Are we missing something?" The blonde boy asked. "Yes," Pan answered. "What is it?" Felix questioned. "The heart of the thing I love most," Pan answered again. Y/n's eyes widened a little. She turned around again to look at the two boys. "You mean your son's heart? Rumplestiltskin?" Felix asked him. "No, no. I never loved Rumple." Pan replied. Felix looked over at Y/n before looking back at the boy. "The girl? You're going to take Y/n's heart?" He whispered. Pan chuckled. "Of course not." He said. Felix, and Y/n, furrowed their eyebrows. "What? Wait, who's heart do we need then?" Felix questioned. Pan sighed loudly. "Love can mean many things, Felix. It doesn't just come from romance or family. It can also come from loyalty." Pan tells him, "You see...I never told Y/n I loved her. Not once. Do you know why? Because I knew, one day, I would have to give up what I love most. And, well, I can't lose her. And there is only one other person who has always believed in Pan." He explained. Felix took a step back. "That's me." He whispered. The blonde boy looked at Y/n. She ran towards them, wanting to stop Pan. "Don't be afraid. Be flattered." Pan said. He reached into Felix's chest and ripped out his heart. "No!!" Y/n screamed. He crushed it and dropped the remaining dust into the well. Feeling that pain all over again, Felix realized how cruel of a person Pan could be. Even to Y/n. He killed Felix so he wouldn't have to kill Y/n. He took his best friend's life. Worry started to overflow him. "Y/n!" He yelled, even louder this time. His voice echoed through the forest. He picked up his pace.
