•Chapter 35•

A few hours later, Y/n's eyes fluttered open. She scanned her surroundings. She quickly realized she had returned to Neverland. Her eyes widened as she kept looking around. She slowly got up from her bed. She groaned as she felt a small pain in her chest. She pushed it away, now focusing on getting out of this tent. She managed to push herself off the bed. She slowly walked out of her tent. When she stepped outside, her eyes immediately fell on the Lost Boys that were gathered around by the fire. Pan and Felix were sitting in the middle. Pan suddenly lifted his chin. He started to search for something. Y/n started to make her way towards them. She inhaled the smell of the island. The trees, the plants. She could hear the sounds of all the small animals. She smiled as she kept walking. Pan's eyes quickly fell on Y/n. Their eyes met quickly. Before Y/n could even take a breath, Pan appeared right in front of her. He puts his hands on her waist. "Love, you shouldn't be out of bed." He tells her. "Wow, not even a welcome home greeting?" Y/n asked him sarcastically. Pan smiled at her. "Of course, Love. Welcome home." He said to her. Y/n rolls her eyes at him. "When did we get back? Did I miss the fight?" She asked her boyfriend. Pan shook his head. "There was no fight, darling." He tells her. Y/n tilted her head slightly. "And what of Killian?" She asked him. "I didn't kill him. As you requested. I wanted to cut his throat, but I was able to resist the urge. All for you, my sweet little Lost Girl." Pan smiled at her. Y/n let out a sigh of relief. "Thank you." She says. Pan leaned forward and pressed a kiss against her forehead. "Now, you have to get back to bed." He tells her. Y/n frowns at him. "Why? I feel great." She tells him. She was telling the truth, aside from the pains in her chest. "Darling, the queen did something to you. Until I know what it is, you have to stay in bed and rest." He ordered. Y/n put up a pout. "But why?" She asked him. Pan brushed some hair out of her face. "Because I want you to be alright." He tells her. Y/n let out a sigh. "Fine." She said.

Pan watched as she walked off to the tent. He turned around to walk back over to the Lost Boys. "What's on your mind, Peter?" Felix asked him. Pan let out a sigh. "She's not doing better. The pain is getting worse." Pan tells. Felix furrowed his eyebrows. "How can you be sure?" He questioned. "Her skin is getting pale, she has dark circles under her eyes even when she has slept for hours. There is something inside of her, and I don't know what it is. The queen did something. And no matter what I do, I cannot figure out what it is." He explained. "Well, isn't there anything you can do?" Felix asked. Pan just looked at Felix, not saying anything. But the blonde boy got the message. "I thought you said that was a terrible idea." He reminded him. "It's starting to seem like the only thing we can do," Pan replied. "Won't she remember everything?" Felix points out. "We don't know that for sure," Pan replied. "She'll hate you, you know," Felix tells him. Pan lets out a sigh. "That might be the price I have to pay for what I've done." Pan started, "I have to do something. She's all I have." He added. Felix nodded in response. Pan stood up from his seat. He made Y/n's heart appear in his hand. He looked at it for a few seconds. Even after everything she had done, there wasn't a single black spot on her heart. Not one. "So pure," Pan whispered. He took a deep breath before walking off to the tent. When he stepped inside, he found Y/n lying in her bed. Her eyes were closed and she was cuddling close with her teddy bear. Pan took another glance at the heart in his hand. He stepped closer to Y/n. He was about to push the heart back in its place when he stopped. The peaceful expression on her face stopped him. He made the heart disappear again. He climbed into the bed behind her, wrapping his arms around her. "Sleep tight, my love." He whispered in her ear. A smile appeared on Y/n's lips as she drifted off into a peaceful sleep. 

"There has to be something we can do!" Killian exclaimed. "They're gone! There is nothing else! No beans! No portals! Nothing!" Regina yelled back at him. "There has to be a way to get her back!" Killian said. "There is no way to get her back! Didn't you hear what I just said? We can't get to them! No one can!" Regina tells him. Killian runs his hand through his hair. "Regina, you have to help me get there. Maybe we can find a portal. Maybe they left something behind." Killian said. "I won't. My son is safe, and that's all that matters." She replied. "And my daughter is in danger. I helped you save your boy. Why won't you help me save my daughter?" The pirate asked her. "First of all, she's not your daughter, Regina started, "Second of all, She won't get back, no matter what I do." She added. She turned away from the pirate. "I cursed her." She explained. "What?" Killian spoke. "You heard me," Regina said. She turned around to look at him again. "I cursed her. She's gone. And no one but Pan himself is going to kill her." She tells him. "Regina, what are you talking about?" Killian questioned. Regina started to get closer to him. "I cursed her, so when her heart will be placed into her body... she'll die." She explained. "Why would you do that?" Killian asked her. "If she's dead, Pan will lose the thing he loves most. It will make him vulnerable. That way he will no longer be a threat to us or Henry." Regina said. "But killing my daughter-" Killian started. "It was the price to pay for my son's safety," Regina replied coldly. "And how is Pan going to kill her? He would never hurt her." Killian reminded the queen. "I have given him no choice but to return her heart into her body. Once that happens, she'll die." Regina explained. "You're forcing him to kill her?" Killian asked her. Regina glared at him. "Are you defending him?" She questioned. "Of course not! But, Regina, you, out of everyone, should know what it's like to lose someone you love." He pointed out. "It doesn't matter now! They're gone! My son is safe!" Regina tells him, "That's all that matters." she added.
