"Why does everybody hate Miss Loki? I think she's cool." Peter said sleepily, cuddling into Loki's side as the other Avengers tried to peel Peter away from the god of mischief.
"He tried to kill everyone, Pete. They're not safe." Tony said, gently prying Peters arm off of Loki's arm but Peter pulled his arm back and cuddled even closer to the god.
Peter pulled out a plastic spoon and lazily stabbed Tony with the spoon in the face. "I just tried to kill you Dad. Do you hate me now?" Peter asked, tearing up.
"Peter, tha-"
"Discrimination!" Peter shouted. "Where did he learn that word?" Natasha asked.
"Peter. He tried to kill us MULTIPLE times." Tony said, pulling Peter off of the sofa.
"He deserves to be loved, Dad!" Peter cried, going around the room and 'stabbing' everyone multiple times before going back to Loki and stabbing him in his stomach.
"Kid-" Tony started.
"Let him finish." Loki said patiently, the first words that they said since the others got there.

Half an hour later, Peter had managed to cry himself to sleep and Loki managed to pick the sleeping boy up and carried him to his room.
"Good night Peter." Loki said quietly.
"Night Mr Loki." Peter said sleepily. Loki closed the bedroom door with a slight smile on her face.
i'm sick. i'm probably high on antihistamines. i want pizza. and ice cream. and for my nose to be unblocked.
