Avengers One Shots Part Two!

Shuri, Queen of Wakanda and Black Panther

I got this idea when I was watching Black Panther.

"Let me see my brother!"
Shuri shouted.

"I'm sorry Princess, the King is in surgery right now."
The nurse said.

"Can you tell me if he is going to be alright?"
Shuri asked.

"I'm afraid that the doctor and surgeons aren't sure if the King will pull through Princess."
The nurse said.

"Then let me take my brother to Wakanda, there I will be able to heal him."
Shuri said.

"I'm afraid I can't say if you can take the King to Wakanda, that is a decision for the doctor."
The nurse said.

"But we have more advanced technology, I can heal him much quicker there."
Shuri argued.

"I'm sorry Princess, I will get the doctor but I'm not sure if she will let you take the King to Wakanda."
The nurse said and hurried off to find the doctor.

Shuri sighed and sat down on the hard plastic seat. She loved her brother and she didn't know what she would do if he died.

Peter sat next to Shuri.

"Has the doctor told you anything?"
He asked.

"No, I haven't even spoken to them, just the stupid nurse."
Shuri said.

"Your brother will survive, I'm certain of it."
Peter said.

"But if he doesn't, that means that I lose not only my brother but my first friend, the first person to believe in me, and that I might have to take the throne, Mother says that she is far too old to rule and I don't know who would take on the role of Black Panther, Okoye is the General of the Dora Milaje, she would turn it down before I even ask her and Nakia is busy over here with the outreach programme. And M'Baku didn't accept it the first time we asked him so I doubt he would accept it this time."
Shuri said.

"Don't worry Ri-Ri, if it comes to you having to become Queen, every single one of us will help you and you will be an amazing Black Panther because you will be able to outsmart your enemies and we can help you fight and train. You're basically my sister Ri-Ri, you won't be alone in dealing with this."
Peter said.

"Thank you, and you're like my brother Beter."
Shuri said, smiling at Peter.

"Princess Shuri?"
A woman asked.

"Yes?"
Shuri said.

"I'm your brothers doctor, and as soon as he is out of surgery, I will allow you to take him back to Wakanda so that he can get the best treatment there is."
The doctor said.

"Do you know when T'Challa will be out of surgery?"

"I'm not sure Princess."
The doctor said.

"Thank you anyways."
Shuri said and the doctor walked away.

"See, you can take T'Challa back to Wakanda so that he can get better."
Peter said.

"Yeah."
Shuri said.

"Do you want to watch some vines to cheer up?"
Peter asked.

"But what about my brother?"
Shuri asked.

"FRIDAY will tell us when he's out of surgery. Everything will be ok Ri-Ri."
Peter said.

"Ok."
The teens stood up and went to the living area to watch some vines.

Half way through the third vine compilation, FRIDAY alerted Shuri of her brothers condition.
