had this idea all day so here you go
Tony: likes masks because he's not spreading germs or anything but doesn't like the fact that people wear masks underneath their nose. makes funny faces to people he doesn't like
Steve: loves masks because he feels like he's doing his part to protect the citizens of the world even though he doesn't need to because he can't get sick from covid, but he can still spread it
Bucky: hates face masks as they remind him of the mask he was forced to wear when he was the Winter Soldier but loves the face shields even though they're slightly uncomfortable on his head
Natasha: doesn't have an opinion on them. wears one to protect other people
Clint: likes face masks but he can't read people's lips if they don't have a screen on it (like a plastic sheet so that you can see a persons mouth) so he can't really understand people
Peter: loves face masks, they help his anxiety as he feels like nobody notices him
T'Challa: likes face masks because he's protecting people
Shuri: loves face masks and she makes her own out of cloth infused with vibranium
Sam: likes face masks, finds it annoying when they slip down his face whenever he talks
Bruce: loves face masks for the same reason as Peter and that he's protecting people from a deadly virus
Wanda: has no opinion about them, she finds them comfortable though and they warm her up
Vision: does not need to wear one as he is a literal robot and cannot catch human sicknesses
Thor: doesn't really understand why people are wearing masks but he thinks they're awesome and the peak of human culture and wears one to fit in
Loki: he loves masks, he can make funny faces at people he dislikes
Dr Strange: he's a doctor with a phd, he knows how covid can spread and so he wears a medical face mask and gloves when he's shopping but tries to do online shopping as much as he can
Wong: wears medical masks that he steals from Strange
