Avengers One Shots Part Two!

i wrote this in one sitting while munching on chips from the local chinese my brother works at

Bucky and Sam worked hard on their costumes. They were keeping their costumes a secret from the other but they both knew they weren't doing the same costume.

"Are you ready?" Sam asked, his costume on his body. He thought it looked pretty accurate from the hair to the makeup.

"Yeah." Bucky said and Sam pulled the curtain away.

The two Avengers stared before bursting into laughter.

Sam was dressed up as The Winter Soldier, with tinfoil wrapped around his left arm and black eyeshadow he borrowed from Peter P was smudged around his eyes. He had a black fabric mask covering his mouth and nose (that's how masks are meant to be worn btw) and a carefully cut out red star on the tinfoil arm. Sam also had a greasy wig on his head, carefully styled by Peter P.

Bucky was dressed up as The Falcon complete with cardboard wings that Morgan helped him cut out and swimming goggles on his face. He also scribbled on a fake beard with eyeliner, curtesy of Peter P, because his stubble was too thin to look like Sams. (buckys hair game in iw was elite. the long hair and the beard was just *chefs kiss* beautiful. i've never been so attracted to a man in my life)

"Oh my god. That's the best costume I've ever seen." Sam snorted.

Bucky rolled his eyes. "At least I tried and didn't just put tinfoil on my arm and called it a day."

"But you gotta admit, it's smart right?"

"It is. And pretty cool." Bucky admitted.

"Uncle Bucky, Uncle Sam, we're ready!" Morgan shouted.

The reason why Sam and Bucky were dressing up was that the two drew the short straws and had to accompany Peter P and Morgan so that the two didn't overload on sugar on the first house.

"Come on out, let's see your costumes." Bucky said.

Peter and Morgan carried on the Avengers theme with Peter dressing up as Doctor Strange and Morgan dressing up as Iron Man. And yes, the two both had scribbled on goatees with Peters eyeliner.

"Look, it's actually Cloakie!" Peter said and Cloakie waved its collar/arm.

When it hit Morgan's curfew of 9pm, the entire crew were exhausted. Bucky was giving Peter a piggyback, crushing one of the wings and Sam was giving Morgan a piggyback as well, the tinfoil ripping slightly. The red star had fallen off before the gang even left the Tower.

They had all received compliments on their costumes although several people were confused on who Peter was meant to be. ("I'm Doctor Strange!" Peter seethed)

"You guys looked like you had fun." Tony laughed quietly, taking his daughter from Sam.

"Never again Stark." Sam said, holding back a yawn.

"Get up Spider Kid or I'll drop you." Bucky said before dropping Peter.

Peter managed to shoot a web to the ceiling and slowly lowered himself down to the ground.

"I'm going to bed." Peter mumbled and left.

"We're going to bed as well." Sam said, rubbing his eyes and smudging eyeshadow all over his face.

Bucky and Tony snorted at the smudged eyeshadow before Bucky pulled Sam towards their room, saying a quiet goodbye to Tony and Morgan.
