Wanda heard her bedroom door opening and a pair of giggling teens. She kept her eyes closed until her boys came closer. Wanda opened her eyes and the twins shrieked.

"Mom!" Billy and Tommy shrieked. Wanda smiled and scooped her boys into her arms.

"Were you two trying to scare me?" Wanda asked, hauling the boys onto her bed. The twins were older and taller so they were now harder to manhandle.

"Maybe." Billy said.

"We were so happy that you're awake, so we came to wake you up." Tommy said.

Wanda smiled and hugged her kids tightly. "I'm happy that I'm awake too."

Vision entered the room with a cup of coffee in his hands. He passed it to Wanda who smiled graciously. "Thank you, Viz."

"No problem, dear. Come on boys, it's time for school."

The boys groaned but kissed their mother goodbye and left to start getting ready for school.

"They're in school now?" Wanda asked.

"Yes, they go to one not far from here. It's a good school, Wanda." Vision explained.

"I feel like such a bad mother, I've missed so much." Wanda sobbed.

"As have I. When we reunited, they were no longer our little boys." Vision said softly and pulled Wanda into his arms. "You are an amazing mother to them, Wanda and they love you so much."

"And I love them too. They're my little boys."

"And they always will be."

Whilst the boys were at school, Wanda reunited with her friends and ensured everyone that she was ok now.

She moved around the compound slowly and silently, unsure of what to do.

"Come on dear, let's go for a walk." Vision said and Wanda took his hand.

Vision phased them through the wall of the compound and started walking on the stone path that was built for these exact situations.

They walked in silence, admiring the garden full of animals and plants.

"Would you like to accompany me to pick the boys up?"

"Of course." Wanda said.

Wanda and Vision stood in front of the car as hoards of teenagers escaped the building. Their boys were busy talking to their friends to notice their parents but when they did they hugged Wanda tightly.

"Mom!" Billy shouted.

"Hello, it's good to see you as well." Wanda said. "Come on, let's go home."

yes i know this is short, i just want this book to fill up with chapters so i can start publishing the finished one shots in my BRAND NEW one shot book that already has a five+ part series and another series that just has one part so far (i'm really looking forward to these series, especially the five+ one)
