i was watching homecoming the other night with my mother so here's this.
Flash sighed as he flopped onto his nice soft bed. The disaster of a field trip to Europe was slowly catching up to him and he was exhausted. Flash pulled his phone out, getting annoyed with the continuous beeping.
Flash opened up Instagram and moved onto his Spider-Man fan page where the majority of notifications were coming from.
He sighed as he clicked through the message requests. Most of them were along the lines of 'are you the real spider-man?' and 'i love you so much spidey' but one message request caught his eye, it said 'bro spideys identity was revealed!!!'.
Flash gasped as he read it and noticed that all of the message requests from the last hour or so were similar to that message.
Flash clicked through all of the stories of the accounts he followed on his fan account before switching to his main. He finally got something when he clicked onto Abe's, his Acadec teammate, story.
"Dudes! I go to school with Spider-Man?!" Abe shouted as he turned the camera around to show the news.
The camera was shaky and Flash couldn't see who Spider-Man was.
Flash clicked onto the next story which was the Daily Bugle and watched it.
"Spider-Man's identity is High Schooler Peter Parker."
Flash almost dropped his phone.
"Penis Parker?" He mumbled. "No that can't be- Puny Parker can't be Spider-Man."
Flash shook his head and clicked onto other peoples stories, his head shaking as every story kept saying the same thing:
Peter Parker is Spider-Man.
"I bullied Spider-Man holy shit." Flash dropped his phone onto his bed and held his head in his hands.
"I bullied Spider-Man." Flash repeated. He stood up from his bed and started pacing around his room.
He heard a noise outside his room and looked outside of his bedroom window. Flash saw his favourite superhero and classmate swing past with a terrified Michelle clinging to him.
"This is a fucking dream isn't it. It's a nightmare."
