Avengers One Shots Part Two!

Peter had a gift. And that gift was detecting whether or not someone was gay and Ned had dubbed it the 'Gaydar'.

But he had never met anyone as gay as Steven 'Steve' Grant Rogers and James Buchanan 'Bucky' Barnes and this is that story.

It happened on a sunny day in New York and Peter was invited to meet the Avengers and have dinner by Mr Stark and he agreed.

He swung over to the tower and got changed in an alley before entering, smiling to the receptionist, Kelly and her boyfriend Pete.

"Morning FRI, living area please."
Peter said brightly when he got into the lift.

"Of course Peter."
FRIDAY said brightly and the lift moved up.

The lift doors opened and Peter walked into the living area.

Most of the Avengers were sitting on the sofas, apart from Steve and Bucky who weren't there.

"Ah, Peter you're here. Capsicle and Barnes aren't here, they're doing the shopping but everyone else is."
Tony said, getting up from his spot on the sofa and putting his arm round Peters shoulders.

"Ok so Peter, this is Wanda, Pietro, Natasha, Sam, Bruce, Carol, Peter Q, Gamora, Thor, Mantis, Drax, Nebula, Loki, Valkyrie, Clint, Rocket, Groot, Vision, T'Challa, Shuri, Okoye, Doctor Strange and Wong."
Tony said, pointing to each person with two fingers.

Everyone waved when Tony said their name and smiled warmly at Peter.

"Hi, I'm Peter Parker."
Peter said.

"So, why don't you sit down and get to know the others better."
Tony said, gently leading Peter down to the sofa next to Natasha.

By the time that Steve and Bucky had returned, Tony was regretting introducing Peter, Shuri and Groot and was wanting to slam his head into the nearest wall.

Steve and Bucky entered the room and Peter froze. Everyone looked at him weirdly.

"Is the kid ok?"
Bucky asked.

"Holy shit you guys are so gay."
Peter whispered and Steve and Bucky turned red.

"What?"
Clint asked.

"We're not gay."
Bucky said and Natasha scoffed.

"Lie."
She said.

"How did you know?"
Steve asked.

"Oh uhm, thanks you my Spidey senses, I can sense whether or not someone's gay and my friend calls it the 'Gaydar'. It's accurate 98% of the time."
Peter nervously said.

"Well, we're the 2% of the inaccurate."
Bucky said.

"I'm sorry but this time, I'm 100% sure that you guys are gay. I've never froze when I detect it, like for the others here and at school."
Peter mumbled.

"I'm sorry if the others didn't know, it was just a shock."
Peter mumbled when Steve and Bucky stayed silent.

"It's fine kid, we don't mind that you told the others."
Bucky said and Peter snapped his head up.

"Well, sorry guys but I need my money."
Natasha said.

"You bet on us being gay?"
Steve asked.

"No, when you would come out."
Tony said, passing thirty dollars to Natasha.

I was stuck on the ending so that's why it's a bit shitty :/

Also my sister gave me the best jumper ever. It has a bee on it and it says 'Buzz Buzz Mother Fucker'. My mam hates it and I'm not allowed to wear it outside but it's worth it :)
