'Z' & Disappear
___________________________________I GROANED AS my body was flipped over, my back against the bed as a figure hovered over me. I opened my eyes to see a worried Prince looking down at me.
"Bambina, are you okay?" He asked as his hands felt down my body, checking for any injuries.
"I was just fine before you woke me up." I mumbled. I smiled up at him then my eyes drifted to the side, where my clock was.
I was somehow in my room and it was almost five in the afternoon.
"What're you doing here," I began as I tried to push my body up. I leaned my back against the back board and looked at him confused. "Weren't you coming back in the morning?"
"Aidan called me and told me what happened. I couldn't knowingly leave you alone when you could have been hurt." He said in a hushed tone as he stared into my eyes. Before I knew it, I had bursted into a fit of laughter, my stomach hurting.
"What's so funny?" He asked, raising a brow.
"You're so whipped." I said, a huge grin gracing my face.
"As long as you're okay, I do not care." He pulled my body into a tight hug, his arms wrapping around me. I slid my arms around his mid section and laid my head against his chest.
"Do you need anything?" He asked, still holding me close. I thought about it, wondering if I should trust someone else to get me something to drink.
"I don't think so."
He pulled away and stood up. "I'll get you some water anyway."
Sure, I won't drink it though.
I nodded and he walked out the room. From what I could recall, Maria drugged me and put something in the tea. Aidan rescued me and brought me back here then called Prince.
My head was slightly hurting and my fingers were still a bit numb but besides that, I felt okay. I laid back in the bed and closed my eyes.
The door opened and the heavy footsteps that followed reassured me it was Prince. I heard the clink of glass hit my nightstand before everything went silent again.
I opened my eyes to see Prince standing over my nightstand, looking down at something. I followed his gaze and saw what he was looking at.
The bracelet Zion gave me.
"What's this?" He asked as he grabbed it, looping one of his fingers through it as he dangled it.
"It's nothing. Just a bracelet I obtained while at the mall." I said quickly as I sat up. I tried to grab it from him but he pulled it higher.
"The mall, huh? What store?"
"No clue, pretty sure it started with a 'Z' though." I shrugged, continuing to try and grab it.
"I doubt they'd sell this. The material is garbage." He said as he pulled on it.
"Don't-" I was cut off by the sound of a loud SNAP and the beads from the bracelet zooming around the room.
"Oops." He said dryly and dropped the bracelet. I frowned and narrowed my eyes.
"Why would you do that?" I ask as he stepped on the remaining parts of the bracelet on his way to sit besides me.
"Because you don't need garbage from garbage." He stated as he sat besides me. I rolled my eyes. "I have all the money in the world. I'd buy you a private island if you asked me, but I don't want you wearing anything from that man."
