ALICE TOLD ME she had to leave, making me slightly upset as I had to say goodbye to one of the few people who knew what was happening to me. I waddled towards the kitchen, craving meat based foods at the moment. As I past the living and dining room, I could hear noises coming from the end of the hall.

I gladly ignored it, not needing anymore stress added on top of what was already happening.

When I arrived at the kitchen, a maid placed several plates of food before me. I stared down at them in confusion as the foods smells wafted to my nose.

"What's this?" I asked as I took a seat in the comfortable bar stool. The smiling maid placed a glass of water beside the plates.

"The Don said to make sure you eat dinner and that he regrets it but he won't be able to join you again tonight." She said. I nodded, watching as she elegantly bowed and walked off.

Chicken, steak, ribs... how the hell does he know what I alway want to eat?

Before I could even dig into the the delicious food that was prepared for me, Aidan ran through the doorway, his face red and his eyes wide. I stared at him in shock, as well did the cooks coming out of the kitchen. He cleared his throat, fixing his suit before sending them out of the room.

Once they were out of sight he instantly rushed to my side. I stared at him confused as he took in a deep breath before speaking.

"You're pregnant?"

My hand instinctively went to his mouth, looking around the room for any stragglers.

"How did you know?" I asked in a hushed tone, tilting my head slightly.

"I- I was on security duty in the monitor. I was watching you and the Misses in the den." He quickly explained, copying my movements and speaking in his own hushed tone.

"Shit! The cameras, I completely forgot about those!" I cursed. I don't tend to forget things but this whole baby thing has me under a lot of stress.

"Yeah, no shit! I mean, I obviously deleted the footage but imagine if literally anyone else was on duty? They'd automatically report it to The Don." He said. I nodded in understanding.

"Yes and I thank you for not doing that." I replied, biting my bottom lip again. He kept quiet for a few seconds before speaking again.

"So...is it The Dons'?" He questioned, poking my side. I rolled my eyes and slapped his hand.

"Of course it is, who else's would it be?" I asked, irritated. He shrugged sheepishly.

"But I did warn you didn't I? I said to use protection so Junior won't get any new siblings, remember?" He said, wagging his finger in my face.

"Yeah I remember that.." I muttered.

"Hmp, well maybe in the near future you'll take my advice. Speaking of which, what do you think the mini master would have say to this?" He asked, leaning over my side. I froze.

I didn't even think about how Junior would react to the news.

"I have no clue." I whispered. The panic beginning to set in once again, my breathing increasing as I clenched my fists around the stools ledge. "What-what if he hates me because I'm bringing a new person into his family?"

"Hey, hey," Aidan soothed, gently holding onto me. "when have you ever known him to hate anyone? Well besides Elizabeth.."

I laughed, my body slowly relaxing. Aidan gave me a familiar smile, his pearly whites shining as he swiped his hair to the side.
