⚠️I- I apologize⚠️

AFTER CALLING PRINCE, I spent the next few hours watching TV. I flipped through the channels and decided to watch whatever was on. I pulled the fluffy pillow to my chest as I watched Family Guy, barely paying attention but still occasionally laughing.

I slightly jumped when my phone rung before grabbing it.

"Hello?"

"Royal, hey!" Zion greeted. "I was wondering where you wanted to go this Sunday. There's this amusement park I think you'd like."

Sunday was in three days. It's not like I didn't want to hang out with him or anything, I'd just rather spend my time sleeping or with Prince.

"Oh, that sounds great but.. I was actually wondering if we could reschedule." I mumbled feebly.

"Yeah, sure, no worries. You owe me, though." He said, giving off a light chuckle. It only made me feel worse than I already did. "I'll talk to you later, I've got to read up on a case, bonne nuit."

I gave off a small smile.

"Bonne nuit."

I went to sleep at around two in the morning, hoping Prince would've came early. He didn't.

I woke up to the feeling of something light hitting my body. I sat up and rubbed my eyes, examining my room only to see Aidan standing at the foot of my bed.

"Morning, sunshine!" He greeted cheekily. I groaned as I glanced at the clock.

"Why in the world am I being woken up at six in the morning? And how are you so chirpy this early?" I asked, scratching the side of my head.

I looked down to see what had hit me and saw one of those black bag things used to cover the expensive clothes on hangers.

"I was told to wake you up by The Don." He announced. He turned around and opened my closet, that was once filled with outfits I picked out. Instead it was filled to the brim with elegant red dresses. "What did you do to this man? He is absolutely whipped."

"I don't know how that happened." I said, pointing to the closet. I got off the bed and walked next to him. I examined all of them. They were all equally beautiful, the material shimmering and shining as they hung in my closet.

"A bunch of maids came in here and did it when you were asleep." Aidan informed.

"That's not creepy.." I whispered to myself. I held up the black bagged dress he threw at me. "And what's up with this?"

"The Don is coming here in about an hour, he wants you ready so you can try on... these." He replied, motioning towards the closet full of red. "He thinks this one would suit you best so he had it signaled out."

I looked down at the bagged dress.

"So if he thought this was better then those why fill up my closet?" I asked, trying to see past Prince's logic. Aidan just shrugged.

"I just do what the man says." He took the dress from me and laid it on the bed. He took my shoulders, turned me around and walked me off to the bathroom. "Now, get ready. The Don will arrive shortly and I think it'd be better if you already had a dress on."

As I tied the last ribbon around my waist, I shifted uncomfortably. This dress was way too short for my liking. I grasped the bottom of the dress and tried to pull it down, silently praying there was another layer.
