Aurora's eyes snapped open. She was -for some reason- in the black lake. Their were loud cheers ringing in her ears, but the only thing she could hear was Harry (who was holding her tightly around her waist) yelling for her to grab Gabrielle. Aurora did what he asked, and laid, feeling dazed in the water as Harry kicked, puling both girls to land.
The three were immediately brought in hugs from both Hermione and Fleur (who kissed Harry's cheeks as a thank you for helping her sister) and were wrapped in warm towels. Aurora assumed that being submerged into the water was what caused her to not feel aware of her surroundings, but even as she was dried, she was getting a headache and only continued to feel worse.
Before anyone else noticed, Aurora had passed out on the ground.

"Rory! Harry! Where are you?" A man playfully asked, searching around the room as if he couldn't see the two toddlers pretending to hide behind the couch. Giggles erupted from the young children as he shouted, 'I found you!' and began tickling them.
A beautiful woman with long and vibrant red hair then came into the room. "Kids, Remus said the hot chocolate is ready!"
Cheers were heard throughout the beautiful home, coming from both the toddlers and the adult who was previously playing with them.
The tall, dark haired man scooped the two children up in his arms and began bolting to the kitchen. The woman followed behind, laughing lightly at her husband and the kids.

A young girl with long blonde hair skipped excitedly into the back yard. It was her second birthday, and she was extremely looking forward to this one, because it would be Snow White themed. She was dressed as Snow, while various members of her family would be the dwarfs. Her best friend, Harry, was the prince.
Nobody would play the wicked witch, however, because the young girl believed that nobody attending was evil, and that even everybody in the world was nice and kind.
Her parents, Remus and Sirius, would be Doc and Happy. Her Uncle James and Aunt Lily would be Bashful and Dopey, and her Uncle Peter would be Sneezy.
The girl didn't particularly care that there weren't enough people to be Sleepy and Grumpy, because she didn't want grumpy or tired people attending her party.

Two toddlers were laughing joyfully at a black haired man with round glasses. He was blowing bubbles at the two as they ran around the living room in attempt to catch them.
The joyful moment was ruined, however, when a red haired woman walked into the room, seeming distressed.
"James, I think he's here," the woman told him. The man immediately became serious, and stopped blowing the bubbles. The two children paused their laughter, sensing that something was wrong.
"Lily, take Harry and Aurora upstairs, I'll fight him off."
"But you don't have your wand-"
"Please," the man, James, stopped her, "Let me do this. I love you, Lily. I love you Harry and Aurora."
Lily scooped the two children into her arms, rushing upstairs without looking back.

Aurora woke up with a jolt in her dorm. Everything around her seemed so calm, but the thoughts running through her mind weren't.
The girl didn't know what happened, but laid back down and let herself sleep.
I don't own Harry Potter. The series belongs to J.K. Rowling. I only own Aurora and anything you don't recognize from the books or movies.
