The Gryffinfour gathered in the Hog's Head, anxiously waiting for their fellow students to arrive.

Harry reluctantly agreed to teaching them and any other students some basic Defense Against the Dark Arts spells and skills to protect them and others against the rise of Voldemort and other Death Eaters.

Hermione presented the idea of holding a small meeting in the Hog's Head during the upcoming Hogsmade trip. The plan was to answer any questions that the students interested had and to introduce the idea of the club.

At 1:00 sharp, a large group of students. Harry was not aware that this many people were coming, however Aurora was able to pull a few strings to get others at Hogwarts interested in the group.

"Come on everybody, Butterbeer's on me!" Fred said, as he and George, followed by a large group of students headed over to the bar to get some drinks. The bartender, after Fred told him the number of drinks needed, quickly counted his mugs before hustling to 'clean' some more after realizing he definitely didn't have enough for everyone.

After a few minutes, considering making the butterbeers took a while, everyone sat down in a uncomfortable silence.

"So, erm, in case you don't know who I am," Hermione cleared her throat, "I'm Hermione Granger, that's Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Aurora Lupin-Black."

The students stared back at her, wondering if she realized that literally everyone knew who they were, considering Harry's famous, Aurora's great at Quidditch, Ron has so many siblings, and Hermione is really smart.

"Erm... if you were wondering why we asked you all to come, um," suddenly Hermione seemed very brave, "V-voldemort is rising, and we think that someone needs to teach us the proper defense spells and tactics so that we have the ability to defend ourselves. Honestly, I don't think that we are going to learn the skills needed with the teacher we have currently."

"How do you know he's back?" some annoying kid asked.

"Harry saw it, you idiot," Ron snapped.

The boy sneered, "How do you know we can believe him?"

"I saw Cedric die, he was killed by Voldemort," Harry said, standing up angrily.

"But you're not giving us any details on it-"

"Listen!" Harry yelled, "I didn't come here to tell you all how Cedric died. If that's all you're here for, feel free to leave."

The boy, who Aurora learned was named Ernie, continued to argue, making the other students begin to talk.

"Hem, hem," Ginny said, making everyone eerily silent considering she had just created a great impression of Professor Umbridge.

"I think we should come up with a name for the group," Ginny suggested.

"What about Anti-Umbridge Crew?" Cho Chang suggested.

"This is a defense team, not a kids club," Aurora responded.

"How about Dumbledore's Army?" George suggested, "You know, since we're on his side and fighting against his enemies."

Everyone agreed with the boy.

I don't own Harry Potter. The series belongs to J.K. Rowling. I only own Aurora and anything you don't recognize from the books or movies.
