Aurora and Celia walked quickly through the mysterious forest, searching for the younger girls parents. Aurora made an attempt to make conversation with Celia, hoping it would make her less worried.
"But I mean... dogs are so cool!" Celia exclaimed.
"No way, cats are better," Aurora argued. The two were in a heated discussion on whether cats were better than dogs, or vise versa.
"I've always wanted a dog," Celia announced. "My mum and dad said we can't have one," she added sadly.
"If you want, sometime I can take you do my house and you can play with my dog," Aurora offered. She didn't really have a dog, but Aurora doubted Celia would notice that it was really Sirius in his Animagus form.
"That would be amazing!" Celia squealed. "What's it's name?"
Aurora thought back to what Sirius told her to use as a code name when she was talking to the rest of the Gryffinfour about him. "Snuffles," she responded, trying not to laugh at the name that would have become Sirius' nickname, if he didn't tell the marauders that he thought Padfoot was more manly.
"Ohhh, we're going to have so much fun!" Celia announced, sounding shook. "I'm going to walk it, and play fetch with it, and- Oh! Can I pretty please give Snuffles a makeover?!"
"I'm sure he would love that," Aurora chucked at the young girls excitement. Time seemed to fly by, and soon enough they were back at the campground. In the middle of the big field, adorned with all of the tents, Aurora found Harry, Hermione, and Ron.
"Rora!" Harry exclaimed when he saw her. Hermione and Ron turned away from their argument when they processed what Harry had said. Aurora made her way to her friends, with Celia clutching her arm, seemingly frightened at the sight of new people that she hasn't met before.
"Who's this?" Hermione asked, cooing at the young girl who looked adorable in her light pink dress and a bow in her hair.
"C-Celia Roberts," the younger girl muttered, seeming to be going back into her shell once again.
"I'm Hermione Granger," Hermione said, smiling. Before the introductions could continue, spells were shot at them from all directions.
"That's my boy! That's my boy!!!" a voice that sounded like Mr. Weasley shouted, running towards the group.
"Which one of you did it?! Which one of you?!" an old man aggressively yelled, pointing his wand at them in accusation.
"Did what?" Harry asked, as Celia hid behind Aurora, scared of the strange man trying to attack them.
"Which one of you cast the dark mark," the man spat.
"Barty!" Mr. Weasley roared. "They're just children! They couldn't have cast it."
Mr. Weasley and the old man, Barty, continued their heated discussion, when two adults around Sirius and Remus' age came running over, calling out Celia's name.
"Oh Celia, we were worried sick!" the woman who seemed to be her mother said, rushing over to hug her. Aurora noticed Celia flinch the moment her mother touched her, but decided it was just because she was traumatized from the earlier events from the evening.
Celia and her parents went off to the side to have a conversation, and then her father turned to Aurora. "Thank you for finding our daughter," he said, then the three walked off. Arthur turned back to Barty Crouch, to continue their discussion.
After trying to convince the man that none of the children casted the spell, the group went back to the tent to go home.
I don't own Harry Potter. The series belongs to J.K. Rowling. I only own Aurora and anything you don't recognize from the books or movies.
