"So, it appears you've been caught."
Aurora and Harry gulped, staring at Umbridge, Fudge, and Dumbledore. They were both being held back by Filch, who was dismissed by Professor Dumbledore, causing Umbridge to scowl at him.
"So, Potter," Minister Fudge started, walking towards Harry, "What is this Dumbledore's Army?"
"I don't know what you're talking about," Harry said, clearly (to Aurora) lying to the older man.
"I'll ask you again, what do you know about Dumbledore's Army?"
"I. Don't. Know."
Minister Fudge's head snapped to Aurora. He walked briskly toward her, and gripped her shoulders, shaking her, "What do you know about Dumbledore's Army, girl! Answer me!"
"Fudge, get your hands off my student," Dumbledore snapped sharply.
"Yes, yes," Fudge replied quickly, "My apologies, Albus."
"You all say you don't know anything about Dumbledore's Army," Fudge started, "but if that is the case, I don't understand how you could have made this."
The man motioned to Professor Umbridge, who whipped out the sheet of parchment Hermione had everyone in Dumbledore's Army sign before joining the club.
"You, mister Potter, have been caught," Minister Fudge sneered, scowling at the young Potter boy, "This whole time, you have been trying to convince students to turn to the evil side by spreading your obnoxious views!"
"Now, Fudge," Professor Dumbledore started, taking off his moon-shaped spectacles and sighing, "I think it is rather bold of you to suggest something of this matter."
"So it was Black, then?" Minister Fudge accused, now turning to Aurora, "You were the mastermind behind all of this?"
"No," Aurora replied, failing to resist the urge to roll her eyes at the older man, "I wasn't behind any of this."
"I don't trust you," Fudge admitted, glaring at the girl, "Your father, Sirius Black, has been accused of many crimes."
"Don't say that about Sirius!" Harry yelled, getting defensive and angry about Minister Fudge's accusations on Aurora and her father.
"I do not believe that Aurora was behind this operation," Dumbledore told Minister Fudge, "The parchment says Dumbledore's Army, does it not? I don't see it written as Potter's Army, or even Lupin Black's Army."
Minister Fudge and Professor Umbridge gasped, "So, it was you who was behind all of this?"
"Yes, I was," Professor Dumbledore falsely admitted.
"Get him," Fudge ordered the aurors who were in the room.
Within the blink of an eye, however, the older man was gone.
I don't own Harry Potter. The series belongs to J.K. Rowling. I only own Aurora and anything you don't recognize from the books or movies.
