Aurora sighed as she walked downstairs. She had hardly been out of her room all summer. Eventually, she opened up to Sirius and Remus about what was bothering her. After doing so, however, she spent most of her break hiding out in her room.
She heard from her parents that Harry was coming to Grimmauld Place that evening. To be honest, she was afraid that the boy would be mad at her, considering she had hardly written to him all summer. After she heard yelling coming from down the hall, Aurora decided to walk to see what it was.
After noticing that the noise was coming from Ron's room, she walked in.
"Aurora," Harry breathed, walking up to her and embracing the girl in a big hug. Aurora sensed tension in the room, but it all seemed to disappear when she came in.
Aurora felt as if everyone was walking on eggshells with her. Everyone was afraid of something happening and her going back into the mental state she was earlier that summer. The only people who didn't, however, was Fred and George. They treated her like everything was normal, which Aurora had to admit felt refreshing.
"Hi Harry," she said, smiling at him.
Fred and George soon came in after that, and the two of them and Ron filled Harry in on what happened with their parents and Percy.
As Harry was about to open his mouth to say something, Mrs. Weasley came in, calling the kids down for dinner.
As the Gryffinfour walked down to the kitchen, Sirius walked into the hallway they were going down.
"Sirius!" Harry exclaimed, running down the rest of the stairs to hug the man. The two held each other in a long embrace. After that, everyone walked into the kitchen.
As everyone was going to sit down, Fred and George popped into the room.
"You two!" Mrs. Weasley shouted, "Just because you're allowed to use magic out of the house now doesn't mean you have to whip your wands out for everything!"
"What's the fun in that, mum?" Fred and George asked in unison.
The girl sat down and everyone began to eat.
