As Aurora looked around, she wasn't sure what was going on. Everywhere she looked, it was pitch black. Suddenly, she realized that she was in a box, and was hardly able to see anything. It took her a moment, but the girl soon came to the decision that she was in a coffin. She began banging on the roof of it, knowing she couldn't call for help since nobody could hear her. Something had sparked in her magic, and the door to it suddenly opened. Immediately after, she began digging through the dirt to get to the top.
The girl gathered her surroundings, and it was clearly nighttime. She was in a graveyard, and nobody was in the area at all. Not knowing what to do or where to go, she began to leave the location and walked, hoping she was close to the home of someone she knew.
Aurora wondered around for a few hours, losing all hope of finding someone she knew. Before she was about to drop down and cry, she saw a teenage boy looking at her weirdly.
"What are you looking at?" She snarled, glaring at the boy.
"Just how pathetic you are. Walking around town looking like a cute, kicked puppy," the other teenager responded, looking at her with a raised eyebrow.
"I'm not sure if that was a complement or an insult."
"Both, you're hot. I'm Kade Williamson, at your service," the boy - Kade - smirked.
"Well, I don't need your help. So, if you don't mind, I'll be on my way," Aurora told him, beginning to walk away before he grabbed her by the wrist.
"Listen, princess, you look lost. Let me help you. I would hate for you to be roaming around here alone. You never know who could be wandering around here this late at night," Kade told her.
"Fine," Aurora sighed, looking at him.
Reluctantly, the girl allowed help.
