Location: NO military base, New Vale

Time: 1200 local time

General Heyman: This has to be the biggest fuck up in New Orderian history. Who the FUCK let this get out.

Commander: We don't know sir, someone infiltrated the DCM building. Odds are one of the locals who got hired.

General Heyman: Get NOID doing an investigation, take control of the news, and get my reinforcements for when we have the entire city rioting.

Commander 2: On it sir.

What was such a big problem? SAVIOR was leaked to the news. If the public found out about the existence of a bomb under Vale with a foreign power holding the detonator everyone would panic. Think of the Cuban missile crisis on steroids. NO forces also trained Vale to have a military, this military would likely side with the people and not NO forces so combat could be a possibility. Immediately after NO forces found out NOID agents started an internal investigation on the DCM. While NO military troops were heading to the VNN building a news broadcast was made, this broadcast told the public about the bomb.

Immediately the convoy was stopped by angry civilians asking what the fuck it was about.

Soldier: Listen to me! Get the fuck back, there is nothing to fear.

Car radio: There are so many reasons to be afraid, New Orderia already destroyed Atlas with similar weapons so we can assume they won't hesitate to use it on us.

Soldier: Fuck. Get the shields NOW!

The other soldiers got riot shields and pushed the crowd back from the convoy. A VPD car arrived and the soldiers expected things to get better, not for the officers to yell as well. The car radio continued to say shit that would cause a panic as NO forces tried not to incite more violence.

Car radio: It would appear NO soldiers are here right now to silence us.

Civilian: You fucking bastards!

Car radio: Listen to me, that is classified for the purpose if someone found out they could try and activate it you dipshits. Since it is already out there let me explain something for you. Vale fell once already, on the off chance the SA virus returns from a hidden spore the bomb will be activated with a few hours to evacuate the city. The bomb will finally eradicate the virus.

Civilian 2: Bullshit! You plan on killing us all if we turn on you!

Car radio: Why should we believe you?

Civilian 3: Plan on killing us soldier boy?

Car radio: The bomb is owned by the Disease Containment Ministry, they exist solely to deal with things like the SA virus, if we wanted to use the bomb on civilians you tell me why it wouldn't be held by the SWM which is who controls every other bomb we have?

The mob of civilians were still not satisfied by it but the police officers started to figure it out.

Officer: We have a riot in progress at my location, need additional 32s. Hold VPD military. NO soldiers being attacked by a mob. They are holding them back for now.

As more Vale police officers arrived and the Vale council took control of the news(the council did, the NO forces were still having no luck at securing control) the mob started to back off. The knowledge of the bomb was not enough to throw the city into chaos but it laid the groundwork for future issues.

After a week of investigation it was someone claiming to be from Atlas but DNA tests showed them as someone from Earth, specifically China, they were immediately executed by an NO firing squad. Through this week VPD officers broke up altercations between civilians and New Orderian soldiers. Despite efforts from Vale and New Orderia people still flocked to fight against the "tyrannical" government.

Location: New Vale docks

Time: 2330 local time, 2 weeks after release of information about SAVIOR

Agent: 3, 2, 1, go.

VPD officers and NOID agents kicked open the doors to a warehouse at the docks. Insurgents inside ran for rifles and were gunned down by the officers. Through the surrounding docks gunfights between law enforcement and insurgents broke out. Raids like this have occurred over the past week as regular civilians house insurgents and even take up arms. It is everything short of an open rebellion. Vale council members are growing more and more unpopular as they continue to support the New Orderians who are now seems as invaders. The Vale military has already had high defection rates to the insurgency.

A flashbang went off as another warehouse was breached and more gunfire erupted. This time VPD officers were the ones getting gunned down as the insurgents heard the other building get attacked. After an hour of shooting and fires breaking out across the port most of the insurgents were killed. Only 21 of the 107 insurgents surrendered, after this a few of those were executed on terror charges leaving only 13 left.

After two weeks civilians are throwing rocks at NO convoys and on the CCT people are planing attacks on NO forces. The match has been lit and the people of Vale want NO forces gone.
