Dispatch: RCM team 36, prep for a raid, you will be fast roping down. Multiple civilians hacked NOID database, they uncovered information on Fractured Dawn.

Commander: 36 suiting up

Dispatch: Be advised, organizer of the group owns multiple firearms.

Commander: 10-4.

The 9 man team climbed into the black helicopter and headed towards Rank city. When they got over the target house they saw the street was filled with APD and NOID vehicles. It appeared the power had been cut and jamming equipment was set up.

Commander: We are above the target, what are our orders?

Radio: Fast rope down to the backyard, NOID SWAT will hold the exterior. Any printed documents and all hard drives are to be secured as evidence.

Commander: Solid copy IC.

They team fast roped down and began to head towards the house. The police helicopters circling made their helicopter dropping them off blend in so they were not immediately attacked.

Commander: Get a charge on the door. Red and Green stack up. Blue, through that window.

Breacher: On it sir.

The breacher moved up and put C2 on the lock and door knob, the other agents stacked up on the door and prepared to enter. Three would be going in by a window using a portable ramp.

Loudspeaker: This is the Ardonia police department! Come out with your hands in the air!

???: Fuck you! I know your secrets!

Commander: Go!

The explosives went off and the door flew off the hinges. Blue team breached the window and everyone proceeded into the house. They came to a staircase and half of the larger team went up to clear that floor.

Commander: Green, upstairs.

Lieutenant: Moving.

???: Hey who the fuck are you?

The man turned and pointed a pistol at the agents which was the dumbest possible thing to do in that situation. The commander and the agent behind him opened fire on the man which had the expected result.

Green team was having a difficult time getting into a room. The suspects inside had locked and barricaded the door preventing entry.

Lieutenant: Sir we have an issue, suspects barricaded themselves in northeast corner on the second floor.

Commander: Blue, get APD to set up a ladder, storm the room by window. Also get APD to flood the room with gas before you enter.

Radio: Solid copy, should only take a minute.

Some APD SWAT officers set up ladders for the RCM team to use while another team lobbed tear gas through the windows. The gas filled the room and a series of shots rang out as the suspects tried to fight off the RCM agents in the hallway. The bullets came through the walls and they were answered by the window being breached and 3 agents storming the room with NOID SWAT following. While NOID cuffed the suspects APD officers got the injured suspects secure to be taken to a hospital by AFD.

RCM agents gathered every computer, mobile device, and book in the house to be inspected for any mention of classified information. The evidence there was some was obvious based on the notebook saying "Operation Fractured Dawn" and filled with pictures of RCM agents and mentions about cover ups. It even had pictures of soldiers who had died.

The following is from the notebook taken in the raid on the 18th:

Operation Fractured Dawn

Fractured Dawn seems to be a secret operation to creat WMDs of insane power. I have found mention of a "destabilization bomb" that even they don't know what it will really do. I am not crazy for thinking this, I noticed something odd after those soldiers died a week ago, not one of their units was where they had died. Even more odd was the last time they were seen they weren't wearing normal military uniforms. They wore all black without any New Orderian insignia. They did have a blurred out orange patch on their arms. After hacking into the NOID database I found my evidence. The symbol of the operation is a sun with a large crack down the middle. It has 8 triangle shaped rays coming out of it, like how a kid would draw the sun.

I also found something about a "deal" and "Daybreak". I assume Daybreak is the name of the destabilization bomb they are making. This "deal" seems to be between the NO forces and a organization wherever the operation is taking place. I found mentions of an RCM which seems to pop up in every military operation at some point. It was even mentioned in a fire that occurred a few years ago that was started by insurgents while RCM agents were trying to get back an asset. I also found evidence of an medal given to the families of soldiers who died in the cover up story that is an IED, it is called the "NOID Award for Unheard Heroism". It is apparently for people who died and the reasons can never be made public.

The suspects arrested have been sentenced to death or were sent to work at one of the "Point" research stations. They were officially arrested for the bombing that killed the same NO agents and soldiers they mentioned in their notebooks.
