Police cars went down the road twoards an intersection before stoping with a military MRAP stopping behind them

Loudspeaker: Alert, all citizens are to remain in their homes until further notice.

Sirens were heard throughout the city.

The day before:

After the first step of operation FoeHammer was a success the kingdom of Atlas was alerted to NO presence. The kingdom decided to send a airship and some bulkheads to find the NO city. The headmaster of Beacon also decided to send some bulkheads, the teams sent were JNPR, CRDL and CFVY. The two groups were unaware of each other.

THETA units alerted NO command to the aircraft and NO personel  ordered that the Army and local police units should prepare for the worst.

Now back to the start of the chapter:

At that moment as officers and soldiers set up roadblocks Atlas and Beacon aircraft entered the NO airspace. They were confronted by the 45 fighter squadron.

NO Pilot: This is NOReD FS-45, you are entering a restricted airspace.

Atlas Pilot: This is the Atlesian Military, we will blow you and anyone under us to pieces.

NO Pilot: There are civilians ahead, turn back now or be shot down.

Ozpin: This is Headmaster Ozpin of Beacon Acedamy, we are here only to talk.

NO Pilot: hold your position.

Beacon Pilot: Dodged a bullet.

NO Pilot: You are clear to send 3 Aircraft each. And the airship has to move a mile away.

Ozpin: Thank you.

NO Pilot: You are going to be escorted to an airport.

As NO pilots escorted the 3 Beacon bulkheads and Atlas sent 3 as well wich NO pilots surrounded the aircraft headed towards the airport. Once the bulkheads landed GPD, NOHP, SecDiv and Army vehicles surrounded them.

Loudspeaker: We are going to send out a team to collect your weapons.

Then a Helicopter landed behind the NO line and out came team RWBY.

A/N: I'm going to assume you know who everyone here is so I don't have to explain everything.

Jaune: Professor Ozpin, Sir? Why is team RWBY with those people?

Ozpin: That is a very good question.

A group of soldiers collected the weapons but let some Atlas soldiers keep their sidearms, as long as they were low caliber, empty, and on safety.

After they were collected the military allowed them to get on a military truck. The truck was then in a convoy of MRAPs, LAVs, trucks and had a police escort. At this point the police stopped the stay inside order. As people came outside and saw the convoy they gave it odd looks.

Cardin: what's with all the Faunus fu-

NO Soldier: Don't finish that fucking sentence.

After 10 minutes of driving the convoy stopped at a large building. The building had a sign saying  New Orderia.
