On the Survivor...

Loudspeaker: All remaining crew, a temporal rift has opened beside the ship, we are evacuating to Orange county.Get to a lifeboat or helicopter immediately.

Now I never explained a temporal rift, just imagine a spiraling purple vortex the sprays out radiation, and lightning. But it gets better, they also dump out anything that got sucked in. Luckily the unfortunate souls taken by the GATE-F detonation's rift ended up on Earth on the price of land created by GATE-C about 4 years after GATE-D brought New Orderia to Remnant. I know that is even more confusing but it really means the N.O. Got more land habitable on Earth, and said land was divided up between New Orderia and it's puppet states.

A/N: It just occured to me how evil I made New Orderia seem

But now back th the story and not backstory.

Location off the coast of Orange County

'What happened i thought, we went camping then things went over so we followed them and a bit later they went over again saying we needed to run or hide them a flash of light now we are under water, great. Wait, why are we under water? We were just in a cave.'

Then a large explosion happened beside Team RWBY, more specifically the NOSS Survivor being hit by lightning and detonating.

Team RWBY had washed up about a quarter mile from Orange, on the beach of the park. At the time a Rescue Division helicopter flew over to find survivors of the explosion. The noise woke up Blake who was under a piece of the ship's hull.

She then proceeded to wake up the rest of the team.

Location New Orderian Capital Building sub level 21

James: The hell do you mean 'sunken destroyer'? How did that happen?

Agent: Temporal Rift sir.

James: Okay, But How Did One Open? I don't recall a GATE being put in Orange County.

Agent: Well sir, there was a containment breach near Goalaria.

James: Okay now that clears this up. And I want any information on Orange County on my desk tomorrow.

Agent: Yes sir.
