James: Hello, welcome to New Orderia. How have you liked it so far?

Cardin: Pretty good except for the Faunus everywhere.

James: Interesting.

Agent: Mister Cardin, you have been selected for a random search.

Cardin: wait what?

Cardin was the taken out of the room by an agent and a soldier.

Coco: Did he just-

James: well mister Ozpin and General Ironwood, I would like to discuss what you want

Coco: that doesn't ans-

Weiss: Yeah... He does that. He did it when I asked about what would happen if he used a "nuclear bomb".

Coco: What?

Weiss: Exactly.

Ironwood: your men had some high tech equipment and I would like to-

James: Fuck No! Now Ozpin, anything for you?

Ironwood: listen you are going to give me your tech or else I will kill everyone in this city.

 The second he said that every NO agent and soldier raised their assault rifles.

James: well Ironwood, I think it's time Atlas leaves my nation. Or we could go to war, most likely with me using nuclear weapons resulting in the end of Atlas.

Ironwood: wait what.

Ironwood was then grabbed by soldiers and dragged away. Cardin walked back in walking slightly funny.

Winter: I'm so sorry about him.

Winter then left the complex with Ironwood.

Ozpin: well, back to business. Mr McGrath, how exactly do you know team RWBY?

James: We were testing out some tech when a containment breach occurred, we used a nuclear bomb to destroy the base. Team RWBY was in the area when it happened and the space time continuum broke and made them go to the reality me and my men came from. We went and found them, brought them to the capital. We chatted before taking them here. Then they went to a base in Vale that took them to Beacon.

Goodwitch: You can't be serious.

James: I am right now.

They all discussed some things before air raid sirens were heard
