Location: Brighton Point, Malask City, with Cosif Fire Prevention

Radio: Region wide alert, hold for details... We have multiple 10-75s in Greater Renton along with multiple collapses. Reports of an explosion in Brighton Point, gas leaks across the city, fires burning in Chinatown and Sparowa. We have a collapse in a hotel in the Tourism District, MVAs in all districts. DRM is being called out and NOAD is putting together a response force.

Approximately 30 seconds prior a 3.5 magnitude earthquake had struck Malask City and New Orderlands. This wasn't the first quake to hit the cities but it was the only one in recent history. Historically Rank City was hit by quakes consistently, the fault line that goes through Rank City also passes near the twin cities so this quake occurring wasn't anything to immediately panic about. The real issue was the region's disaster response teams weren't as well versed in the topic and the citizens had no idea what to do at all.

The result was hysteria and a disorganized initial response. Luckily ACOM units got together and made a plan within minutes before sending out every unit in the area to handle the disaster effort. Marshal Ventuas was in the area and dispatched the RRTF, a unit made up of the 53rd and 12th infantry companies along with the 2nd Fractured Dawn company. Other infantry units were also dispatched to aid in the rescue effort.

The CFP firefighters grabbed their equipment and got into their fire trucks as the bay doors to their station rolled open, outside smoke rose from multiple different points on the horizon. Parked cars up and down the road had their alarms blaring and sirens wailed from different emergency vehicles responding, There was a small amount of snow falling from the sky calmly despite the overwhelming chaos of the situation.

The CFP captain on duty was a man named Rudenko, he was born in Dosker, got certified as a firefighter, got hired by Cosif Chemicals to work as a part of Cosif Fire Prevention in their Malask City plant, and got promoted to be in command of the station. The CFP responds to emergencies like any other fire department, their gear and training is the exact same as the FDNO and FDMC. The company actually gets subsidized for having firefighters like this and the CFP crews are paid the same as city firefighters.

Rudenko: CFP engine 1 to dispatch, we are en route to the call now. No reports of smoke, leaks, or damage at at the Cosif plant.

Radio: 10-4, HCFR and FDNO are already on scene, reporting gunshots from within the warehouse. HCFR says it is ammunition exploding.

The HCFR, Havoc Corporation Fire Rescue, is just like the CFP in how it works. They are privately owned but subsidized, they have pay equal to that of city firefighters, and have the same everything pretty much. The main difference is quantity, the Havoc Corporation makes things for the military mostly, but they also produce normal tools and trucks. Havoc makes the fire trucks that are standard across the country, as such they have lots of them for themselves. The HCFR is bigger than some actual fire departments in New Orderia if you count every single Havoc facility's units together. This is needed because Havoc makes all the bombs, guns, and ammo for the military, police, and their own guards.

When the CFP units arrived on scene they saw a massive warehouse burning out of control with various fire trucks parked around it with their deck guns spraying in an arc to have water dump in through the many holes in the roof. Currently the HCFR had 4 engines, 2 ladders, a rescue, and an ARFF unit on scene. The FDMC had 5 engines, 3 ladders, a utility, a hazmat, 7 ambulances, and a battalion chief on scene. Finally the CFP had two engines and a rescue arriving now. The MCPD had also arrived with a rescue from ESU with their helicopter circling nearby, not to mention the tons of patrol cars closing off the area.

The battalion chief from the FDMC ran over to the arriving CFP units as the building burned. He had a radio in his hand which was going wild with different units calling in from other calls in Brighton Point.
